Gabe has just come home and kept calling max but he didn't pick up his phone, so he decides to leave a message "Maximillian you better have a good god damn reason for missing the demonstration for the earthquake victims. And you better have an even better reason for not picking up the phone when I'm calling you. Call me back now'' he says.
Max was just getting out of college, as a man started approaching him. "Are you Maximillian Ortega?" The man asks him. "That depends who wants to know" Max replied with attitude. 'Get in de car boy, don't make me say it again'' the man threatens flashing his gun while lifting his shirt above his waist. Max gets in the car, because he doesn't want to start a scene in the middle of the street with innocent people. When they get at the destination Max gets out of the car and sees a man in the shadows. 'Ahh Maximillian it was about time that I met the boy who has been causing me so much headache'' the man says walking out of the shadow. "Mister Lombardi, I presume." Max says annoyed. 'Maximillian, I think I need to remind you of who you're working for. Let me show you.'' mr. Lombardi says taking off his suit jacket and taking a aluminum baseball bat. "Hold him.' Lombardi says.

Rose just got the information about the Crimes. She is sitting on her bike while looking at the files. Well, this is interesting she thinks while reading a common name. She starts her bike and drives to the Crimes. She went there to arrest Deacon Spencer. When they arrive at the district, she tells a detective to put deacon in lock up. When she was on her way to the district, she sends Rydell a message explaining why she arrested his nephew. He told her to do her job and that he will handle it with Deacon's father Ford. Because everyone in fucking LA knows that Ford Spencer isn't exactly calm. After a few hours its 9 AM. Rose sees Rydell and Ford leave. She walks to deacons' cell and sits down at the floor against the bar so that their backs are against each other. She doesn't know why but she can't leave him all alone. She she stayed the whole night sitting there in silence with him.
Saturday morning
When Rose comes home, she walks upstairs to her brothers' room to greet him. Max is getting dressed and didn't hear the door open. Rose walks towards him and touches his back "Max what the hell happened to your back. I am going to kill them. Give me a fucking name now '' Rose yells at him. "Jeez don't you knock'' Max says. ''I was playing basketball and fell. Leave it alone'' he said putting on a shirt and walking down the stairs towards the door. "Max, don't you dare lie to me!! we are not done talking!!'' Rose jells as Max walks out the door.
