Kelv's POV
It was 2nd period. "Sigh, only 2 hours before lunch." I thought while grabbing a quick snack at the vending machine in the hallway.
Sneakers | Mars | Hershey's
Crackers | More Crackers | Fudgee Bar
"Guess I'm having crackers then" pressing the number and putting a dollar.
"Curse this stupid diet" I thought
In class, it was just another intoduction to the subject. Nothing new or exciting.
Time passed so slowly that I fell asleep with my bag covering my face.
I woke to a tapping on my shoulder.
"Yo, get up" the voice whispered, still trying to wake me up.
"What is it" I grumbled still not budging.
I hear footsteps.
I immediately sat properly and saw the teacher approaching.
"If you're not feeling well please proceed to the clinic" the teacher said with a monotone voice.
Quickly reacting I forced out a sneeze and a sniffle.
"Nice one" mentally high-fiving my brain.
"Thank you" I said in the nicest way possible even though she didn't look happy.
I got my bag and went outside the room looking for the clinic.
I looked at the time and it read 11:40 A.M
"Cool, it's almost lunch anyway" i said continue walking.
I get there and the nurse gave me a few pills.
"I was running low anyway, this'll get me through the week" i thought while going straight home when the bell rang.
Come to think of it, I didn't even notice who nudged for me to wake up.
"Eh, it's fine" I shrugged preparing myself for more sleep on my beautiful, comfortable haven that is my bed.
I get there, locked my door and welcomed my bed with open arms.
Henry's POV
It was 2nd period and I just went in the room and sat on the nearest seat.
The thing was, the nearest one was with Kelv across the room.
I sat 2 rows beside him and just waited for class to start.
20 minutes in, at the peripheral vision I see him falling asleep.
I chuckled as he didn't even bother making an effort in hiding it.
"Just a bag? Really?" I thought.
Time skip - 11:30 A.M
The teacher had finished discussing and asked if we wanted to know anything.
I glanced for a bit and he was still sleeping.
I moved quietly trying to approach him while chair hopping
It took about a good 5 minutes before I reached him.
I sat beside him and tapped him on the shoulder lightly.
"Hey!" Quietly screaming
"Yo, get up" now vigorously trying to make him move.
He probably heard the footsteps as he got up quicker than you could say "bingo"
I watch him leave not even sparing a look.
"You're welcome" i murmured.
It was almost lunch and I just packed my stuff and headed to the cafeteria.
Grabbing a tray, I 180*-ed and there was no sign of him at all.
"He must not be hungry" I thougt while grabbing only the healthy ones and a few pork slices.
I took a seat at the single's type table so I could enjoy my meal in solice.
I took a bite and "Oh wow, this is terrible" while chewing on the meat salad with mayo.
I grabbed my soda and just left taking a mental note to not eat at school. Maybe a take out would do.
I walked out the door and went straight to my apartment ordering Papa John's.
"Yeah at **** street"
"The apartment complex, yes"
"Okay thanks" the call ended.
Guess 20 minutes of starvation wouldn't kill
As i arrived to my room, I quickly changed since it's a 2 hour break till next period.
Ding Dong*
"Finally, salvation" going downstairs in my pj's.
"Here's your order Mr. Lau" the delivery guy said handing me my stack of pizzas.
"Thanks. Here's a tip" giving him 50 dollars.
I didn't care, the smell already overtook and couldn't wait to dig in.
"Thank you for the food" as I prayed and stacked 2 slices on top of each other and had my moment.
"Man, Papa John's never disappoints" smiling as the happy little camper I was over a great meal.
Another chapter uwu. It's getting there. The intro's for me are very important. Don't worry, it's gonna get better. But, for now, have a great day.
