Henry's POV
"We'll practice after dinner, alright Kelv?" I said looking at him smiling.
He just gave a light nod and just slowly ate.
5 minutes into dinner, Kelv barely touched his food.
I looked over to see if Lucas knows anything but he shrugged and went back to eating.
I just mentally sighed and finished up my food.
"I'll pull him over to see what's going on" I thought taking my plate to the sink.
I turned sround and just pulled Kelv to my room.
"Lucas, take care of the dishes and just wait outside while we practice" I said dismissing his complaints about not doing it and "no fair" nagging.
Once we were in music room, I sat him down on the floor.
"Sit" as I patted an area next to me.
He quietly sat and kept his head low.
"Kelv?" I asked putting my hand on his.
"What happened?" Generally worried for him.
He just shaked his head and balled up his fists.
"Did Lucas do anything to you?" My last hope for an answer.
He just shook again.
"Sigh" I breathed.
"Let's just forget about and practice for our performance, this is your somg of choice after all" I said, getting my violin.
He followed and sat on the piano.
"Here's the chords" I said handing him the sheets.
He just placed them on top of the piano and a small smile could be seen from his gloomy self.
"He seemed more relax than earlier" I thought as I warmed up my vocals.
"Ready when you are" I said sitting beside the piano.
He looked at the notes first then counted.
"That's adorable" I said smiling.
He just looked down and I could see him blush.
"I'm ready" he said softly.
Kiss me,
bu yao rang wo geng yuan ju li, baby
Bu yao rang wo ze guai zi ji
Bie huai yi wo yi shi qu zheng za li qi
Yi dian yi di du shi ni baby
"His voice is so nice" I thought following along.
I smiled to myself and kept on playing.
Dang yi bei jie kai xi wang zai ci zhong lai
Hui kan jian wo men di ai huan cun zai
Xiang yao rang ni yi lai qui zai gei ni shang hai
Zhi dao ni shuo yao li kai
But I don't a monster,
But I've been here for days,
Drinking too much, now I want you
Can't get you off my brain
I won't be the one to tell you things
And lie to you if won't listen, oh
I'm not a monster, monster no
As I felt he sang his his heart.
He stopped after that and then he looked at me.
He was smiling, but his eyes were telling another story.
I didn't push it and just smiled back at him.
We went over at it again and practiced for about 3 more times and it just keeps sounding better and better.
