Henry's POV
"Henry... What time is it?" Kelv asked
"Oh, uh 7" I replied
"What!?" He yelled
"You said we were gonna be late!" He continued
"Well we could pass the time by getting to know each other" I chuckled at him being furious.
He looked at me quizzically.
I didn't it at all.
"Well..." He said while grabbing a chair and spinning it to him and eventually aitting on it mid west style.
"What you wanna know?" Placing his arm on the chair, resting his head.
I was surprised by his actions and decided to take a seat also.
"Well.." I trailed off.
"How old are you?" I asked with an opener.
"Just turned 19 last month" he replied nonchallantly.
"Okay" I said.
He's younger, as I thought.
"Do yo-" I was cut off.
"Hold 👏🏻 The 👏🏻 Phone" He said as best written possible.
"How old are you?" He pointed with his 2 index fingers while his hands above his chin.
"Turning 20 in 2 months" I said.
Making it known to be older.
"So you have to call me hyung" I said stiffling a giggle.
"Fat chance" He said.
"So sassy" I thought.
"Keep 'em coming" he gestured.
"What was your childhood like?" I asked, generally wanting to know.
"Sad" He replied with no emotion at all.
"Next" he said.
"Favorite food?" I said.
Wonder what it is.
"Your- I'm just kidding. It's pizza" He said chuckling to himself.
I just gave him the "I see what you're doing" look and pointing at him.
"Wait"
"Did you say pizza?" I was dumbfounded by this realization.
"Then why did you eat like you couldn't have another slice ?" Moving to a more comfortable position.
"I don't like being indebted to someone"
"That's not my gig"
"Never has been"
"Never will be" as he gave that strong energy.
I've never seen this side of him before.
"Is that why he said he'll pay for the drink and candy bar yesterday?" I thought about it first.
Then I said it.
"No shit sherlocke" he laughed.
I really didn't want to break this good flow of ours but I really wanted to know.
"Are you financially stable here?" I said, going to regret this later.
He stopped and put his chair close.
Now infront of me.
He took my hands and said "There's nothing for you to worry about".
