Kelv's POV

I was a little lucid, and I felt so cold but so warm at the same time.

I opened my eyes and it's probably the room that we had done the did the night prior.

I looked under my sheets and realized that I had my pants on a little krooked.

It was dead silent, all you could hear was the airconditioning purring out cold air.

The pain finally hit me as I shifted my weight to look around.

It shot strsight up my spine and I winced as it was bad.

Might as well have chosen death at this point, concluding that the choices made in my life were somewhat of a hit or miss.

But, I digress.

I didn't know what time it was cause there was no clock.

My phone was back in my apartment and the one who wanted me broken prolly left me to die.

As I was having an existential mental crisis, the bodyguard from last came in to the room and looked at me.

"I see you're finally awake" He said without any emotion in his face.

I just nodded.

He walked closer to me and handed me some pain meds and water.

I quickly downed it and thanked him as he was leaving.

When he was at the door he spoke again.

"Be ready in 5 mins, you'll be taken to your apartment shortly" He said taking a quick glance at me.

I just stayed there, feeling a little better but, thank god I don't have to work here anymore.

Atleast a positive came in my mind as my day was going so badly.

A few minutes later, they came and carried me bridal style.

As we were leaving I could see somebody turned around as we were leaving.

I tried to examine further but I just couldn't recognize it in time.

We got into a car and they sat me at the back with the other bodyguards and bulters.

As the cruise was silent, I just put my head down and prayed that I can sleep this away.

I'm not even worried about class anymore.

I dozed off around the halfway point cause the meds were kicking in.

I was still able to hear what was going on but just couldn't open my eyes.

I was passed on to someone who I guess was in my apartment.

"Please don't let it be Lucas" as I prayed silently in my head.

Finally the person put me down gently on, what I assume would be, my bed.

I slept right then and there and deal with the situation afterwards.

A few hours later

I was dreaming about the events the night prior and I was just sobbing within a dream about that dream.

It felt so real having myself look at me and could only weep my sorrows.

The dream just kept progressing until a tapping started.

I was tossing and I could hear Henry's voice.

"Kelv?"
"You need to wake up"
"It's already noon"
