The Gang

Chapter 27

~Ariels POV~
I can't believe prom is tonight. We're supposed to be at school but the whole gang took a day off for preparation.

We're meeting at the nail place at 10:00... it's 9:00 now. Yep, I slept in.

I decided to wear black jeans and a floral top with my hot pink converse. I put my hair in a bun and put on my make up.

Then I headed out the door.

(Nail salon)

"Hey Ariel, what are you getting?" Callie asked me.

"I'm getting French tips." I told her.

"Me too!" She yelled.

"Callie, I think we all are..." Kat told us.

"Yah." Kalli and Kayla said. I started laughing and Callie threatened to claw me. So I stopped.

"After we get our nails done lest go get lunch. Then... I still need shoes." Kayla told us, laughing at the last part.

"Kayla, are you telling me that you don't have shoes to wear tonight?!" Kalli asked loudly, Kayla shook her head.

Oh my gosh. How do you not have shoes. I didn't even have to buy mine because I already had lots of them to choose from.

"Kayla, were taking you shoe shopping!" I yelled. The nail people were staring now. I silently laughed and looked down at my nails.

"There beautiful!!" All of us sang in unison. Then we giggled.

"Let's go." Callie said. We paid and all got in our cars.

(Shoe shop)

~Callie's POV~
"Kayla! You should get these!!" Kat yelled pointing to the tallest sparkly pair of heels I have ever seen.

"Yeas!" Kayla yelled as she put the shoes on. She started model walking and fell flat on her face.

"Maybe not so many inches off the ground..." Kayla mumbled into the carpet.

"Um, Ya think." I laughed.

"I like these..." Kayla told us. They were silver heels but they were only about three inches and they had minimum sparkles. They were cute... but I wouldn't wear them.

"You really like them?" Ariel asked unsure.

"Yes. They really look like me..." she answered.

"Ok, then get them. I am ready to get my hair did!" Kalli yelled laughing.

"Did?" Kat asked.

"Yup" Kalli told us as she walked out of the store. I followed her... Mostly because she walked out of the wrong door.

(Hair salon. Sorry for changing locations so much)

"I love getting my hair done!!!" I yelled.

"Me too!" Ariel screamed. Everyone else nodded.

"Hey guys, Matt does my hair sometimes." Kalli told us.

"Ya, we noticed." I laughed. He glared at me and muttered, "I think it's cute.." I laughed again.

When we were done I took a picture of everyone's hair.

Kayla had hers curled, it was simple.

Ariel has a curly updo. It was really cool.

Kat had hers down and curled at the bottom. Also simple but really pretty.

Kalli had hers in a puffy fishtail. It was weird but AWSOME at the same time.

I just curled mine and I have a braid that goes across my forehead like a hippy headband.

"Let's go!!! I want to put on my dress!!!" Kat screamed jumping up and down.

When we got home, it was 4:00. The guys were taking us to dinner and pictures at 5:30 and the dance starts at 7:00. I'm super exited.

AHHHHH! Prom night!!! Who is excited!?!?!?
