Chapter Eight

The doctors opened the door and said you may now go in m'lady with a slight bow

Your countess was happy to see you breathing and rushed to hold your hand if you were cold. but she is concerned that you are not waking up but suddenly the female doctor spoke

M'lady "I'm afraid that y/n will not wake up that easily since she suffered from a severe hypothermia
We saw signs that she barely been eating a meal does she have something m'lady?"

Your countess was flustered and said "what happened to her, did she stayed in the wild for days?" You countess thought

Your countess replied "Apologies she was our maid her first shift is today and I regret to inform you that y/n doesn't live here in this castle"

The doctors nodded with slight confusion it went silent for a minute but the silence broke when a doctor said that "m'lady I'm afraid that y/n need a lot of rest she is really exhausted and her heart is not that stable for her to work on her first shift"

"and We regret to inform you that we are not sure about y/n's awakening since she is really sick"

Your countess nodded and replied "of course" in a frustrated tone

The doctors left leaving you with an oxygen mask and some injections and some dextrose dangling,
Its good that your heart in the monitor beats and your still alive

Your countess pat your head and gave you a kiss on your forehead and you didn't know that the 3 sisters were watching and it hurt they're feelings.

Daniela whispered in shock "sisters did you saw that mother kissed y/n!"

Bela replied "yeah we know we're not blind our eyes work aren't they?"

Daniela was silent it felt awkward for her

Cassandra just said "I guess were just wait for y/n for her awakening so we can tease her right?" With a grin on her face

The three girls laughed in an evil tone and disappeared with they're swarms

You countess was drinking her wine beside you she looked at you and pat your forehead she stroked your hair gently and said "rest now y/n"

Your countess left the room and went to her piano so she can take things off her mind for a bit

She played the piano in a slow melody and started humming she is practicing her voice since she practices her voice in the morning

Hours have passed..........

Your countess suddenly spoke "I need a cigar "  your countess called Fallon another maid in the castle she make her fetch her cigarettes to smoke in her bedroom.

While Fallon was on the way to fetch your countess's cigarettes she came across with Daniela, Fallon was stunned and run as fast as she can

To her luck lady Daniela didn't tease her nor attacked her she sighed in relief , Fallon gave the cigarettes to your countess with fear in her eyes, hoping that she won't be killed, because she was the maid that is supposed to be killed when spilled the  tea on the floor

the countess ignored the eyes of Fallon

 

Your countess gone to her room and started hearing a telephone ringing she quickly answered it and it turns out it was mother miranda.

You countess was pissed since she doesn't want to have a meeting since y/n is not feeling good at this time.

Your countess and mother miranda chatted for a bit  while she was smoking her cigarettes. after that she wrote in her diary to calm her down so she can open up for herself.

She went to your room to check on you and let out a relieving sigh, that your still breathing she started walking towards you and closed your door and started to get close to you she accompany you while you're asleep

And hugged you she enjoyed your accompany and ended up falling asleep with you
