Can You Feel The Love Tonight

It was just 4 hours left before the school prom and Espio and Apple Bloom were relaxing in Starlights backyard as espio came over to spend time with his girlfriend. Starlight was watching them from inside alongside tuffy and eevee who she was holding 

Starlight Glimmer: "I'm so proud of her tuffy not only is she following her destiny but she has someone in her heart i'm glad my parents taught me to respect people's destiny otherwise i wouldn't be allowing apple bloom to do her quest"

Tuffy: "really?"

Starlight Glimmer: "yeah i mean i can understand applejacks reasons of not letting apple bloom do this as no sibling or parent in their mind would allow a young kid or sibling of theirs to go off on such a dangerous quest like this but if they don't do their destiny then the world might be in trouble as who knows what could happen"

Tuffy: "hmmm it always puzzles me why is applejack so hatred on mobians, keyblade wielders, and pokemon?"

Starlight Glimmer: (shrug) "beats me it confuses me as much as it confuses you" She turn back to apple bloom and espio "but for now lets focus on the present and worry about the future when it happens"

Meanwhile outside Apple Bloom and Espio were next to each other arms around there backs both happy to be near each other and were both nervous about the prom night coming very soon

Apple Bloom: "you know espio i never knew you were in the romantic kind of stuff"

Espio: "well everyone like me needs to get out of our comfort zones now and then but yeah i felt a soul connection between us and i must say it was a wonderful feeling"

Apple Bloom: "yeah it is ever since i was expell, framed, and abused i thought my life was gonna end quickly especially almost getting stab by someone who used to be my best friend then you came and it change my life for the better" 

Espio: "well to be honest i seen you before crying in the woods and i began wondering what could happen to a girl like you to have to suffer such an unfair treatment and i always thought being the only one in ymy group to have common sense was suffering to me"

Apple Bloom: "well i guess that meeting between us wasn't great timing or a coincidence but it was all destiny that brought us close together and now my life turn around i got adopted by someone who understands my call and treats me better, i found a couple of new and better best friends and now i found you which was the best of all"

Both the couple lean in close to each other lovely but instead of kissing like one would expect them to do they instead begin to sing

Both: ♪ Can you feel the love tonight? the peace the evening brings. The world, for once, in perfect  harmony. With all its living things! ♪

Apple Bloom: ♪ So many things to do and so much to talk and how little time we get together due to my destiny forcing my hands each time ♪

Espio: ♪ Not to worry dear i'll be by your side through it all after all i've been through tons of stuff like that before so i can say i have my hands force as much as yours does ♪

Both: ♪ Can you feel the love tonight? You needn't look too far. Stealing through the night's uncertainties. Love is where they are ♪ They both end the song with a big kiss as starlight and tuffy watch on

Starlight Glimmer: "its so nice for them to be with one and another i have a feeling tuffy things will turn out all right"

Tuffy: "you mean you didn't think things will work out?"

Starlight Glimmer: (sigh) "well ever since sunset was killed i thought destiny didn't exist and stopped believing in it till i found about apple blooms destiny and quest at first i was thinking it wasn't gonna happen even after hearing it from discords mouth but after we defeated amy i began to believe in destiny all over again"

Tuffy: "wow starlight thats understandable i always wish i could meet my uncle jerry again but we got separated by the world's merging i wonder if he's alright" Starlight pick him up after placing eevee down on the table and hug him gently feeling sorry for him

Starlight Glimmer: "i'm sure hes alright tuffy i mean you survive two tummies already so i bet hes fine" tuffy smile a bit though blush over being reminded of those times where apple bloom accidently gulp him and when wallflower ate him to get apple bloom to surronder. As they continue watching espio and apple bloom from the distance they both felt like things will get very interesting
