a sequence
the way
you broke all hell loose
when you stumbled into my life

fail to observe a law,
a regulation
the way
i broke all my principles
for you

is to
destroy the power of one;
to crush the emotional strength,
spirit,
or resistance of one

you broke down my walls

you then proceeded to further break me
