Chapter 11 : The Answer

Gen P. O. V

I was lost in thought as I walked to school. It was good that I still paid attention to my surroundings, or else I could have got into serious problems.

I saw the group at the school gates. I guess they saw me first because they quickly went up to me.

Ceylan: Hey dude, what's up?.

Gen: *sigh* Nothing much.

Chooki: Gen... Did I hear a sigh just now?.

Gen: Yeah.

Toxsa: What's wrong?.

Gen: I'll tell you guys later. School isn't the ideal place to talk about this stuff.

I didn't say anything else and just left. Leaving every one of them speechless. I went straight to class and sit down.

Ceylan P. O. V

Gen just left without saying a word. We were all still confused by what he said just before he left.

Ceylan: Okay... That's weird.

Toxsa: What do you think he meant?.

Chooki: I don't know. But he's right. School's not the right place to talk about Quorton. Let's just wait till we go to Mr. White's shop.

Ceylan/Toxsa: Okay.

I said goodbye to Toxsa and Chooki as I went to class. I frowned a bit when I saw Guren's empty seat. Somehow, Mr. Nash managed to convince our teachers that he and Guren are going to go on a long trip because of his work. I don't know when we can keep up this act, but I hope it's enough until we save him.

" I wonder what's he doing now. " - Ceylan.

I looked at the front row and saw Gen just spacing out. Normally, I thought that was weird. Now, after Guren's spirit talking to us everyone was thinking about how we could save him.

~ On Quorton ~

Normal P. O. V

Villius and Bravenwolf were walking through the hallways of their hideout. It was a silent walk. But it somehow entertained Villius.

Villius: So, Bravenwolf? Have you finally learned your lesson about disappointing me?.

Bravenwolf: Y-yes sir.

Villius: Good. Now I need you to find something for me. I'm sending you alone because if Granox and Slyger come, they're gonna mess up. So don't make the same mistake as yesterday, got that?.

" As Villius commands...  "

~ At the Shop of Wonders ~

School finally ended for the day and the group went to Mr. White's shop. After everyone was present all eyes were on Gen.

Beni: So... You've found the answer?.

Gen: Something like that.

Chooki: Well then, tell us.

Reluctantly, Gen explained his dream from beginning to end. He tried to explain as much as he can to try and make the others understand. The rest of them was shocked, to say the least.

Toxsa: Wait... Guren didn't have marks on his chains the last time we saw him.

Gen: I didn't realize it either. But what the marks represent is what gave me the answer.

Mr. White: What do you mean?.

Gen: There were five chains. The one on his neck had a tornado, the one on his left hand has a spider web, the right one has ice. The one on his left leg has a lightning bolt, while the other has rocks.
