I look up at the familiar voice. It's her, Tory. The girl who I thought was nice was actually a psycho who didn't care who she hurt as long as she got what she wanted.
"Why are you here?!" I say standing up to face her, anger in my voice.
"My mom. She had to check in this morning because of some breathing issues."
I heard Tory's mom had some health issues, but why is she here rather than with her mom?
"You and all of Cobra Kai, stay away from my friends."
Tory chuckles to herself. "So Hawk is your friend, you guys seem a little closer than just friends."
I curse under my breath. How did she know that Hawk and I got back together, I told no one. Unless Hawk might've let it slip. Then, I get an idea. I couldn't fight her, but I could antagonize her.
"So what if I'm sticking up for my boyfriend. I care about him. Maybe if you had visited Miguel when he broke his back, maybe Sam wouldn't have stolen him if you just cared."
Tory's evil smirk is replaced by pure fury. She steps toward me, but I hold my ground. I knew she couldn't attack me without risking being sent to juvie or worse. I looked at her while I smiled. I hated making people angry, but mess with people I care about, I'll fight back any way I can. She stormed off and I went back into Hawk's room. I held his left hand waiting for him to wake up.
Hawk POV
I wake up to a blinding white light. My upper body hurts like hell. My right arm is in a cast and my head is pounding like crazy. I barely have time to take in my surroundings when Moon tackles me with a hug and my ribs hurt.
"AAhhh!" I said as she finished hugging me.
"Oh shit, I forgot. Sorry." She says with a slightly guilty smile.
"Worth it." I say smiling back at her.
"What hurts?" Moon said as she climbed on the bed to sit next to me.
"My entire upper body."
Moon looks at me then lifts up my shirt and starts kissing the black and purple spots on my chest and then moves up to my neck. She playfully nips at my ear and then reaches my lips. It's cut short when my senseis walk in and realize what they just walked into. Daniel looks embarrassed while Johnny smiles in approval.
"I'll call you later." Moon whispers in my ear.
"Can't wait." I say, giving her a final peck on the lips before she walks out and I give the senseis my full attention.
Daniel is the first to ask what happened. I told him that I was hit from behind and knocked out, but I managed to see one of the guys shirts that had the Cobra Kai logo on it. I didn't know if any of them had been Robby or not.
Daniel automatically storms out, leaving just me and Johnny.
"So, who's the chick?"
"Moon, my girlfriend." I say smiling.
"Didn't you have an ex named Moon?"
"Same chick." I say with a smug grin.
Sensei raises his eyebrows in surprise then fist bumps me.
"I didn't know that you got back together with her."
We wanted it to be secret for a while, but since you guys basically saw everything, not so much of a secret anymore."
"Good for you kid. Word of advice, as the expert in failed relationships, even if you guys aren't meant to be, enjoy it while it lasts."
"Thanks Sensei."
He walks out as my parents come in to tell me that the hospital gave the ok for me to go home. My mom is trying to get me to explain what happened and smothering me while my dad is trying to defend me, telling her that I'm tired and I'll tell them in the morning. I get up to my room and open the door and I see Moon laying on my bed.
"What are you doing here?!" I silently yell at her.
I close my door then walk over to the bed and sit on the edge so we could whisper to each other.
"I figured since our date ended with you in the hospital, we could get a do-over." She answers seductively.
My heart starts pounding in my chest. A part of me wants to full on make out with her right now, but the other part of me is worried how my parents would react if they found out Moon was here. Plus, my broken arm makes things complicated.
"Can I at least change clothes first?" I say with a grin.
"Yes and a shower might help as well."
I take my clothes into the bathroom and then take a quick shower. After I dry myself off and brush my teeth, I change into my clean clothes and go back to my room. Moons on my bed wearing one of my purple shirts and on her phone.
I sneak into the room and put my good arm around her. She jumped in surprise, but she relaxed after she saw it was me.
"I didn't know you had a danger side to you." I say as we get under the covers.
"I don't, I only did this so we could end our date on a high note." She says as she lays her head on my chest.
"So you don't want to do this again?" I say with a hint of sarcasm.
"Shut up." She says playfully.
"But what if my parents aren't going to be here?"
"Then I will definitely do this again."
I kiss the top of her head and turn out the lights. Laying there in the dark and enjoying her company was a great way to end of the night. Even if we get caught, I'd die happy.
