Soon we arrived at Aoba johsai high and as soon as we disembarked, Hinata ran towards the bathroom. Suga was holding my brother back from hitting Hinata calling out for Tanaka to help him hold him as both he and Daichi were on the stairs on the bus.
I followed behind Tanaka and my brother who I held the sleeve of his Karasuno jacket when Tanaka curled around the corner looking at two boys in a white jacket and teal stripes one had dark spiky hair and the other had a light brown. The second year I walked and stood in front of them. “Don’t mock my team, we’ll have your heads.”
"come on Tanaka no need for that look you scared the elites,” Tsukishima replied upsetting the two in front of them. “You idiots think we're really afraid of you,” the one with spiky dark hair said. “Oh yeah, good thinking it will hurt worse if we kick your asses on the court."
Tanaka was standing up and jutting his chin out to look more threatening but was yelled at by Daichi to “knock it off I can’t take you anywhere.”
Tsukishima snuck away from where he was behind Tanaka as Daichi made him bow his head and apologize.
“don’t make that face at me,” he said as Tanaka was making a strange look with his head in Daichi grip as we were going to leave the spiky dark-haired male spoke up “so how you’ve been your majesty i bet you whipped your new subjects into shape haven’t you.”
I glare at him from where I was in front of my brother but he replied with a
“uh-huh” slightly tugging on my wrist as we joined the rest of the team. Tobio was slapped on the back by Tanaka and Suga.
“what was that for?” my brother asked looking at the two upperclassmen.
“you're growing up so fast.” Tanaka yell. "what?" My bother was completely baffled.
we finally headed toward the gym to see Aoba johsai practicing we bowed and thank them for having us they replied. Daichi was talking about how all these guys were good and suga says their blocks were powerful but I couldn’t see them from behind my brother's and the other tall members of karasuno frame and of course Tanaka got Hinata all worried.
“What’s the matter, you two? Hinata’s here to throw them for a loop, right? Right? We know you’re lousy, so we’ll cover you. Leave it to us. Oh, but when you hit a serve, you’re on your own. You’d better not miss. Hahaha! Just kidding, just kidding. A missed serve is no big deal. You don’t have to worry about a thing, just give them your…”
Hinata was gone going to the bathroom again I sighed “huh where’d Hinata go” Yamaguchi replied telling him he went to the bathroom “again?” I tugged at my brother's sleeve and nodded towards the door. He nodded so Tanaka and I went to check on them. I caught up to see Tanaka leaning against the corner “Fufufufu…” “Erk!”
“you want to know if he changed in middle school just wait and see the onion head” “What?!” “Right? Shorty” Hinata didn’t reply to Tanaka looking deep in thought he then went back to the bathroom
“Yeah this is going to be a good game.'' The onion head said, smirking, we finally made our way with Hinata back to the gym. I walked towards my brother who was stretching with a red sleeveless practice jersey with the number 4 over his white short sleeve shirt. “Tobio did you know the one we ran into”
“yeah he was one of my teammates at Kitagawa first and someone I thought was my friend his name is kindaichi” I nodded.
“Will you be okay going against them?” “yeah” “very well” I could feel people watching me so I stood from where I was squatted down to talk to my brother and turned around to see most of the Aoba johsai team looking at me. I turned back around my black landing on my lower back in waves.
