Chapter 12 - Battle part 2

"MUZAN IS LOCATED! ALL POSSIBLE HASHIRA'S REQUESTED!" A crow yelled, interuppting the fight going on inside. Gyomei managed to crush Kokushibos head, killing him off in the moment of shock.

"Come on! Now!" Gyomei yelled and quickly began running outside. Tanjiro's eyes widened with excitement and anger. Some sweat drops began dripping down on his forehead. He helped Muichiro to get up and quickly walked out. Muichiro was taken by the Kakushis (right?-) and they began treating his wounds. Tanjiro looked over to the fight with Muzan. The hashiras were all getting injured slightly but worked perfectly in sync.

"Nezuko!" Tanjiro yelled when he noticed Nezuko. He ran over to her, hugged her and then brought her to a tree. They sat down underneath it, both fighting agianst their instincts. A glass thing hit Nezuko's neck and she passed out. Tanjiro noticed her skin becoming normal colored, not pale. Tanjiro smiled for a moment, until his instincts kicked in agian. He stood up and stared right at Muzan.

"It's now or never, Tanjiro. Defeat them all."

"No! You don't rule over me!"

Tanjiro was sweating. His veins were showing and his tails wagged with excitement. Somehow, they could think on their own sometimes.

"Oh I'm done with this.." Tanjiro scratched his left eye out, enough to notify Muzan. Muzan turned to see Tanjiro hissing and showing his teeth.

"Tanjiro, you will fight these hashiras!" Muzan yelled, trying to take control over his mind. Tanjiro shook his head violently, as if trying to shake Muzans voice out of his head. Tanjiro's left eye had regenerated now, too. It made memories of the past flash by his eyes, making the angry but single flame in his eyes turn to the flames of pure rage. Tanjiro's pupils were as small as a cat's pupils and he was taller now - more then ever. His form changed a little. The pure rage overwhelmed Tanjiro and he lost control. The only thought in his head was:  "Kill Muzan, protect humans. Kill Muzan, protect Humans."

"You are not getting away with this!" Tanjiro yelled, gaining most of the attention. Tanjiro attacked Muzan, too fast for the eye to see. Although Tanjiro was in pure rage, Muzan defeated him easily. Just as he was about to kill him the hashiras stepped in, protecting Tanjiro when he turned into his 'human' form.

"Protect Nezuko, Tanjiro!" Tomioka yelled. Tanjiro nodded and ran to Nezuko. He sat down and pulled her head onto his lap. He watched the hashiras fight. Many of them got seriously injured, but they managed to get closer and closer to Muzan. In the end they cut his head off, but that didn't do anything. Tanjiro looked at the sky and noticed the sun started peeking at the horizon. Muzan also noticed this and tried fleeing but failed. The suns first light shone. It landed on Muzan who immidieatly started disintegrating. Tanjiro felt the sun hit his face - and Nezuko - and closed his eyes, just relaxing. The hashiras gathered in a big hug as celebration.

"Tomioka-san, wait-" The hashiras tried getting Tomioka to stay, but they couldn't. He pushed past them. Tanjiro opened his eyes at the noise. Tomioka finally got out of the crowd. He looked panicked and sad. When he saw Tanjiro his eyes widened and he just stared at him. Tanjiro awkwardly smiled. Tanjiro was shocked of how fast Tomioka was to hug him. Now they were hugging on the ground, with everyone staring at them in confusion.

"I thought you died!" Tomioka whispered into Tanjiro.

"I'm a sunwalker. Surprise, I geuss." Tanjiro smiled wider. Tanjiro did notice Muzan behind them. He hadn't fully disintegrated yet, so Tanjiro stuck his middle finger up at him, earning shocked gasps from the hashiras.

"Bye bye, murderer." Tanjiro were free. He were free from Muzan. Tomioka let go of Tanjiro, just to stare at him.

"Every demon needs to die, Tomioka-san. There's no garantuee he won't betray us." Shinobu said, out of nowhere, breaking their moment.

"Move out of the way, please." Tomioka shielded Tanjiro. Shinobu was just about to try move Tomioka out of the way when Tanjiro quickly slapped her hand away and hissed. He had moved so he was protecting Tomioka, to mostly Shinobu's surprise. Mitsuri was literally fangirling and the rest was still confused.

"Didn't I just attack Muzan? Didn't he kill my family and erased my memory of it? Didn't I help with Kokushibo and helped Muichiro?" Tanjiro said. Sanemi ans Gyomei seemed to think a moment before stepping over to Tanjiro & Tomioka. Soon the rest also stepped over, leaving Shinobu alone.

"Fine.. He may stay." Shinobu had her usual smile but Tanjiro could smell she was mad. Tomioka kissed Tanjiro, unexpectedly, and shocked the hashiras - well, most of them.

"Oh my-"
