Kai Chaski was expelled from school for starting the fight and I was kicked off the football team.

Not that I cared really. Due to my wings being fractured in multiple places, I wouldn't be any good out there anyway.

"We broke up," Dabi announces as he stares at our hands.

I want to jump for joy but part of me feels guilty. The only reason he even got the guts fo finally end it was because I suggested it.

"Are you okay?"

He shrugs. "I don't want to be alone but I don't miss him either."

I look at our hands, blushing lightly. "You know, you don't have to be alone, Touya."

He looks up at me with sad eyes and I feel my heart sink.

"You're my best friend, Touya. I only want what's best for you," I say.

"I know that," he mumbles. "Anyway, I volunteered to take time out of class so I could take care of you. If that's okay, that is."

I smile, pulling at his hand. He stands from my side, hugging me. His embrace is so warm, it makes me melt. He's everything I could ever want and need.

"I can walk, ya know," I smirk, leaning my head against Dabi's shoulder.

"Oh shut up and let me baby you," he comments. He carries me bridal style to my dorm room.

He sets me on the couch, careful not to touch my wings bandaged to my back.

"You hungry? I can make us dinner," he suggests.

I run my fingers along the cloth wraps around my chest, blushing in embarrassment. "I um didn't get to shower after my work out."

"I can help you," Dabi says with an usual cheerfulness. He bolts to the bathroom. I hear the water turn on, splashing loudly in the bathtub. Steam soon erupts from the cracked door before Dabi returns, his hands smoking slightly.

"You used your quirk," I state. He almost never uses his quirk because it burns him if he uses it too long.

"It's fine," he insists. "It's cheaper on the water bill if I can use cold water and just heat it up myself."

"I'll keep that in mind for when we get married," I joke.

"Okay," Dabi smiles innocently. I feel my face flush uncontrollably.

He scoops me up as if I'm weightless, carrying me into the bathroom.

"You can put me down now, sir," I chuckle.

"Right," he mumbles, gently setting me on my feet.

The blood rushed down my legs, making me tremble. That fight really messed me up.

I grunt softly, feeling Dabi's arms around my waist to steady me so I don't collapse.

"I-I uh," I stutter nervously.

Dabi tilts his head. "Keigo, it's fine. I've seen you naked a thousand times."

I bite my lip, granting him permission to strip me. He does so slowly with his gentle hands, his eyes taking in my nakedness curiously. Granted, he hasn't seen me naked since we were kids. I cup my crotch in my hands self consciously.

"You got more muscular, that's for sure," Dabi comments. He carefully unties the bandages from my back, being very cautious of his every move.

"Thank you for doing this," I say with a bright red blush.

I look over into the mirror, seeing him smiling to himself as he strokes my numb wings gently.

"It's the least I can do," he beams. "I remember all those times you helped get me fixed up in camp. The least I can do is return the favor."

I look back at our memories for a moment.
Dabi used to cry so hard when he would burn himself from using his quirk too much. The nurse would get annoyed with him so I eventually learned how to bandage him up myself.

Granted, his body is covered in scars and burns now. Still, he's as beautiful as when I met him that cold winter day over 10 years ago.

He places me in the bubble filled tub. I sigh, sinking into the spa temperature water.

"This is nice," I exhale. I peek at him with a playful smirk. "You should join."

Dabi rolls his eyes, splashing some water at me playfully. "Not with you being a perv."

"Says the guy who was staring at my ass for ten minutes," I tease.

"You got some nice cake," he plays along. "Might have to eat it later."

I feel my face heat up. "Oh really?" I love playing this flirting game with him.

"Nah," Dabi chuckles, ruffling my hair. "Not yet anyway."

"What do you mean not yet?!"
