Leila's P.O.V.
I awake once again to the sound of Luna's voice. I groan and sit up. "What?" I yawn.
"It's time for school, Leila." Luna said, smiling.
"Again? Didn't I do that yesterday?" I roll off the bed and land face-first on the floor.
"It's Monday through Friday." She stated, sitting on the edge of m bed as I got dressed. My outfit consisted of the same accessories as yesterday, only I was wearing a dark purple V-Neck today.
"At least I get to see my friends again." I said smiling.
"Speaking of which, Slender said you can go over to that friend's house today, but you have to kill 2 people before you go to bed. Oh, I also got these papers signed." She told me, handing me the packet the office lady gave me yesterday.
"That's awesome, thank you Luna." I smiled at her and grabbed the packet before putting it in my backpack. I felt my eyes stinging and looked over to the mirror to see hey were gray. "What's up with my eyes lately?"
"Slender thinks that they represent your mood." She said shrugging. "I guess gray means happy."
"Probably so." I did my morning routine and went downstairs to meet Hoodie. After eating breakfast, we left the mansion.
"So, Leila. Word on the street is that you're going to a human's house today."
"Yep, I am! I am so excited about it too!" He chuckled.
"Just don't forget the rules." I nodded.
"I know, I only wish I could take my Elucidator to school. It'd be more relaxing." I sighed.
"Actually, there is a spell for that I believe." I looked over at him in bewilderment.
"A spell?"
"It's a form of words used as a magical charm or incantation."
"Could you teach me it?" He looked over at me and his face shifted under his mask.
"Of course." He looked ahead and stopped. "We're here.Have a nice day at school." With a 'Thanks!' I ran across the street and headed towards the campus. As I was about to enter the school building, Debra and her shadows stopped me.
"Where do you think you're going?" Debra said, smacking her lips. I pointed behind her with my thumb.
"To my first period class."
"Yeah, about that. School was canceled." I tilted my head slightly.
"No? Why is everyone here then?"
"It's because you're the new girl, you really don't know anything." He shadows laughed.
"You're as dumb as a toothpick!" The red-haired shadow said.
"Great metaphor, Rachael!" The brunette said. I felt an arm sip around my neck.
"It's a simile, you dolt." It was only Silva, she slipped around the shadows and we walked into the building, but just then, Debra grabbed my arm and pulled me back.
"Don't you think this is over freak." She sashayed away, her shadows scurrying behind her. Silva rolled her eyes and we walked to first period. As soon as we sat down, the warning bell rang and in came Wylie and Jeff.
"What be up, dudettes?" Jeff asked.
"Where'd you learn that word from?" Wylie asked him.
"I watched a movie last night and..."
