Leila's P.O.V.
Hoodie and I stand just outside of Slenderman's door. Hoodie knocks three times, pauses, and knocks two more.
"Come in!" Slender's voice bellows. We walk in and sit down in the two chairs across from Slenderman. "What is it, Hoodie? What is important?"
"It's about Leila, sir." Hoodie says. Slender gestures him to go on. "Her and I were out in the clearing today, and while we were talking her eyes changed color. They had a tint of a light shade of blue in them sir."
"I see." Slender says. I can't help but think about the conversation we had the other day at lunch. How does he make himself sound like that? "Leila." My attention is brought back to him.
"Yes, sir?" I ask.
"What were you two talking about when this event occurred?" He questions.
"Uh, well, we were talking about some dream I had." I say.
"What dream?"
"Erm.. Well it was about this woman, who I believe was my mother, sir."
"Oh." He says. He sounds some what frustrated. "And you didn't tell me about this dream?" I begin to panic. As I was about to apologize, Hoodie comes to my rescue.
"That's the other matter we came here for, sir." I sigh.
"Okay. How were you feeling when you two were having this conversation, Leila?"
"I was kind of, well, hurt, sir." I say confused.
"I see." He writes something on a piece of paper. "I just gave dinner to the other pastas. You two go eat and I want to talk to you afterwards Hoodie."
"Yes, sir." We both state. We get up and begin walking to the dining room. After we are out of Slender's study, turn to Hoodie.
"Thanks for helping me out back there." I smile at him.
"No problem." He face shifts under his mask, I think he is smiling at me.
"Hey guys!" Hoodie says as we enter the dining room. I see a blur of motion in front of me and hear a slam. I look behind me to see Luna holding Hoodie by the top of his jacket against the wall.
"I swear to Zalgo Hoodie, if you were taking advantage of her, I WILL hurt in ways that even Slender can't heal." Luna threatens him. I go over and tug slightly on her arm.
"It's alright Luna, we were just talking to Slender, no biggie." I smile at her. She looks at me, then Hoodie and lets go of him reluctantly. We go to sit down and eat.
"What did you mean by 'taking advantage', Luna?" I ask, eating a piece of pork.
"She meant sex, Leila." Jeff says. Jack elbows him."What?"
"Jeff! Don't talk about that at the table!" Sally says.
"What, Luna can sugar-coat it but I can't even say it?"
"I was proving a point!" Luna defends herself.
"Yeah, whatever..." He says before going back to eating, grumpily. I notice Toby staring at me. I give him a sly smile and he looks away. I sigh, once again.
3rd Person's P.O.V.
The man knocks on his boss' door. "Come in!" He walks in and sits in his usual chair across from The Slenderman.
"Good, Hoodie. I have a new mission for you."
"What is it, sir?"
"Be patient, first I need you to answer a few questions." Slenderman shuffles a few papers on his desk before pulling out an individual one and placing it on the top of the stack. "How is Leila doing?"
"She is fine, sir. Although, she seems to have forgotten some major words. Earlier she asked me what 'mom' meant." The young man, Hoodie, sits up straighter.
"I see, I guess I'll have no choice then..." The tall man puts his hands on his forehead, proping his head up. "None of the pastas will be willing to do it, even then, they don't have enough education to. I clearly can't either.." He mumbles to himself. "I'll have to do that then, and just hope everything goes according to plan." He sits up straight once again.
"Hoodie, the new mission is one you must do. You do not have an opinion in this, and you must follow through with it until I feel otherwise."
"Of course, sir. What is the mission?" He questions. Hoodie always knew that he always had to follow orders, but could this one be so bad that he had to be reminded?
The hooded man gasps ever-so-slightly. It was a mission after all...
