Farewell

Gutsy dashes towards Casey, their knives clash. 

"Oh, look we have something in common already. I've always thought knives were the coolest weapon." 

"Die, shithead." Gutsy moves even faster, making a few cuts on her abs.

Casey constantly twirls around slicing at Gutsy's skin, elegantly like she's dancing ballet. As Gutsy goes for the kill, she dodges by flipping backwards. She lifts up, hand standing on Gutsy's shoulder, she crushes both of his shoulder bones. 

Gutsy groans. 

Casey falls back and chops his neck with her palm and applies brutal force to the pressure points in his back. Gutsy drops to the ground but quickly stands back up. Sebastian is about to rush over but Gutsy shouts. 

"This is my fight."

Sebastian halts and continues to assist Leann with Poppy. 

"My ability isn't healing her heart. Try your blood."

Sebastian bites into his arm. 

Bash! Sebastian catches Cacius's foot about to kick him.

"I won't let you save anyone, defective brother." 

Crunch. Leann uses her fist on Cacius's body to crack his bones.

"And I won't let you get in our way, asshole."

Oh Leann, you got stronger without me, unforgivable. 

Sebastian rushes to Poppy's side, but a million knives stab into him and push him back into a brick wall. 

Casey's silver eyes are glowing.

"I never let my prey be revived."

"Focus on me, shithead." Gutsy shouts out, uncharacteristically recklessly swinging at her with the stakes.

Swish, swoosh, spin, she dodges effortlessly. 

"Are you really this weak, slayer?" Casey states with a bored expression. 

I have to give Poppy my blood before it's too late. Sebastian thinks quickly, removing the knives and speeding towards Poppy's body. 

Casey's silver eyes glow again and blades pierces both Leann's hands, releasing Cacius. 

"Ugh." Leann yells out. 

Boom! Sebastian and Cacius exchange blows. Gutsy is battered and bruised but there's not even dust on Casey. She lets out a bored sigh and punches Gutsy. He drops down to cemented ground. She pulls a blade out of her blood-red bra-shirt and vamp speeds towards Leann and Poppy. Gutsy twitches and he and Sebastian speed to block the blade about to pierce Leann. Sebastian grabs his sister by the neck and throws her at Cacius. Gutsy leans onto Sebastian. 

"Are you okay?" 

"Looks like I'm the useless bastard here, sorry."

Sebastian headbutts Gutsy and shoves his back, standing him up straight. 

"Even though you act like you don't care, you're concerned about your friends. I'll take care of her and Leann. Let Leann heal you a bit then clear your mind and go show them what a vicious tiger you can be."

What drivel, Casey thinks to herself while yawning. 

Gutsy takes a breath then hides his smile and kicks off his heel towards Casey with his body in better shape. Slashing at her with his knives at an increasing speed, not giving her a moment to spare. Cacius tries to rush towards Sebastian but Gutsy strikes him with a stake before he could and stabs Casey's eyes so she can't use her ability.
