Chapter 2: The Academy.

3rd POV: 2 years later
"Iruka, you will have a new student joining your class, her name is (Y/n) (Y/l/n)." Lord Hokage said, glancing up from his paperwork at Iruka. "But Lord Hokage, why join now?" Iruka asked, "She has shown she is ready for the academy." Lord Hokage said, looking at Iruka fully now. 

"Yes Lord Hokage, I won't let you down," Iruka said, walking out of Lord Hokage's office and passing by Kakashi. Kakashi walked into Lord Hokage's office, "You wanted to see me, Lord Hokage?" Kakashi asked, "Yes, Kakashi, I want you to show (Y/n) where the academy is." Lord Hokage said, looking back down at his paperwork. "Yes, Lord Hokage," Kakashi said teleporting to your apartment. 

(Y/n) POV:
I slowly opened my eyes, seeing the sun shining through my window. I got up and got ready because I'll be going to the academy today! I'm so excited. I just hope they like me. I was doing my morning routines and eating breakfast. When I finished eating my breakfast, I heard a knock at my door. I walked to the door while grabbing my shoes, and opened my door to see Kakashi~Sensei standing there. "Oh, good morning Kakashi~Sensei!" I said with a bright smile on my face as I slid my shoes on, "Good morning, (Y/n), I'm here to show you where the academy is." Kakashi~Sensei said, "Okie! Thanks, Kakashi~Sensei!" I spoke with a cute smile on my face making Kakashi~Sensei blush a little I think?

~Time Ship to the Academy~

"Here we are, your teacher's name is Iruka, he has a spiky ponytail and a scar across his nose," Kakashi~Sensei said, turning around and waving goodbye behind, I waved goodbye knowing I'll see him again. I started walking into the academy when I accidentally bumped into someone making that person I bumped into fall down. "I'm so sorry I wasn't paying attention to where I was going," I said while bowing my head. 

Iruka's POV:
I was walking down the academy hall when someone bumped into me, making me fall. "I'm so sorry I wasn't paying attention to where I was going." I heard a girl's voice and finally, I looked up to see a girl bowing her head, "You don't have to do that." I said, "Do you need a little help getting back on your feet?" She asked, looking at me with the cutest smile ever making me blush a little. "Um... s-sure." I cursed myself for stuttering and blushed a little bit more, the girl giggled while grabbing my hand and helping me get back on my feet. 

"Are you (Y/n) (Y/l/n)?" I asked looking down at the girl, "Yes sir I am, are you Iruka~Sensei?" (Y/n) asked, having a questioning smile on her face. "Yes, I'm Iruka~Sensei, please follow me to the classroom," I said, making my way to the classroom with (Y/n) not too far behind.

3rd POV:
Iruka stopped by a door, "Here we are, when I say come in you may enter, okay?" Iruka said, you just nodded your head with a cute smile still on your face. Iruka blushed but regained his composure, Iruka walked into the classroom making the whole class look up while still talking to their friends. "Alright class settled down, we have a new student joining our class please come in and introduce yourself," Iruka said as eyes were on the door.

(Y/n) POV:
As I walked into the classroom I could feel eyes on me. I made my way right beside Iruka~Sensei and turned to the class. "Hello, my name is (Y/n) (Y/l/n) from the (Y/l/n) Clan and I hope we can be great friends!" I said bowing at the end, then raising my head with a cute smile on my face not noticing most of the boy population had hearts for eyes while blushing. "Alright (Y/n), you can sit anywhere you like," Iruka~Sensei said as I just nodded with a smile and made my way up the stairs. Many hands were raised but I saw a kid with blond hair and whiskers on his cheeks. I took the seat near him, making him look at me with wide eyes but failing to see most of the other guy population disappointed, I just smiled at him, then looked at Iruka~Sensei as he teaches the class. 

Naruto's POV:
"Huh, the new girl sat beside me? But why? No one in the village likes me at all! So why did she sit beside me?" When I looked at her with wide eyes she just smiled at me. No one's ever done that before but I can feel my cheeks getting warmer. "Maybe I can be friends with her?" Too many questions running through my head. 

~Another Time Skip~ 

(Y/n) POV:
I was leaving the academy and started walking home when I bumped into the blond head kid I was sitting by during class. "Ah, I am so sorry for bumping into you. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going again," I said, rubbing the back of my neck with a smile on my face. "It's okay, you're (Y/n)~Chan right?" The blond kid asked, looking at me. "Yep! I never actually caught your name..." I said sweetly, "My name is Naruto Uzumaki and I'm going to be Hokage someday, believe it!" Naruto said as he smiled with a thumbs up. "Then I shall help you reach your goal!" I said as I grabbed his hand making him blush a little. 

"D-do you want to go get ramen with me?" Naruto asked, looking down a little, "Yes!" I said in excitement as Naruto looked surprised for some reason. "Lead the way," I said with a kind smile as Naruto only nodded and grinned while grabbing my hand and running to a ramen shop. The start of our friendship would soon blossom.
