A Life with the Dead🙃 (Uchiha version)

Sarada's POV

"Sarada, help me with the groceries!"

"Coming! What with the smile?"

"Your dad's coming home today. He said he'll be here in a while."

*knock knock*

"I'll go get it mom."

"I'm home~"

"Welcome home dad! Dad's home mom!"

"Oh, welcome home Sasuke😊"

A normal day at home, finally with dad home as well. Dad came back after a mission but he'll be leaving for another important mission later, so for now he's gonna train me. We trained for hours and perfecting jutsus wasn't easy of course so I've been on my feet for almost all day. By the time the sky was orange, dad decided to call it a day. I was too tired and needed to catch my breath first, so dad showed me another jutsu while I sat cross legged on the grass and watched. However...when dad finished showing me the jutsu...something or more like, someone appeared!

There were three people. Dad seemed to know them, for his face was in complete shock.

"I...Itachi?" dad said.

"Sasuke..." the man whom dad called by the name Itachi said.

"Sasuke...is that you?!" the other man who seemed a bit elder than the man named Itachi walked closer to dad along with the dark haired lady who was next to him.

"Sasuke...you've grown to an adult...I'm so sorry I couldn't watch you grow."

"It's ok mother. You did enough for me."

Mother?!?!?! What the heck?!

"But how'd you get here?" dad asked.

"I'm not quite sure." the dark haired lady said.

"Who's this?" Everyone turned their heads towards me. Dad had a small soft smile on his face and turned back to the three who appeared out of nowhere.

"This is my daughter, Uchiha Sarada."

"D-daughter?!"

"You have a child?!?!"

"Dad...who are these people?" I questioned confused.

"My parents, your grandparents and my elder brother, your uncle, Itachi....somehow." dad answered. "They died a long time ago so you don't know of them."

"But if they're dead, how are they right in front of us?!"

"For all I know, I was just in the afterlife or what others call heaven, it's like all I did was blink and....I'm here." the lady who I now know is my grandma explained.

"I don't know how, or why we're here but....I HAVE A NIECE. ISN'T THAT AMAZING?"

"Sarada, right? Wow you have Sasuke's eyes. How cute😄 So does this also mean your married Sasuke?! Who's the lucky girl??"

"Mikoto, don't you think you're asking too much questions?"

"Listen, and listen well Fugako, you're a grandfather now and you have a granddaughter. You hardly spoke now that we're here, seeing our son all grown up and in fact, he has a family. So try to act like a grandfather if you are one."

I giggled at my grandparents' childish fight.

"You two are like mom and dad. The same way you seem a bit frightened by her, dad gets terrified by mom sometimes as well."

"We said we won't speak a word about that."

"What? That mom scares you sometimes-"

"Anyways....it's almost night, we have to get home for dinner....before your mom actually does get scary. I'm not sure how people who aren't supposed to be in the world of living, are here but...for now...let's get home. We'll see about this whole situation tomorrow." dad said.

"So you did restore the clan huh?" the man who I might start calling Uncle Itachi now, started another topic.

"Wouldn't have been able to if it wasn't for Sakura."

"Oooo she has a nice name~" and it seems my grandma is excited as well.

"How far's the house? Did you treat your wife right?"

"It's close by, and yes, I treated her well father."

I couldn't help but smile widely at their conversation.

"Sarada! Sasuke-kun! What're you two doing out here? It's late-"

Mom was obviously shocked at what she saw. So shocked...she fainted. Luckily dad caught her.

"Sakura- I'll take care of her. Sarada, can you help them get to the guest rooms?"

I nodded. "Right this way."

I led grandma, grandpa and Uncle Itachi to the guest rooms. Luckily we had two mattresses in the room, one for grandma and grandpa and one for Uncle Itachi of course.

"Have you awakened your Sharingan Sarada?" Uncle Itachi asked.

"Yeah...I only have two-tomoed tho."

"I see. What happened that it awakened?"

"Because of dad's absence throughout my entire childhood, I was saddened since I never got any fatherly love, until I followed Lord Seventh when he was going to meet up with him." I explained.

"Lord Seventh?" Grandpa repeated.

"Yes. Lord Seventh is dad's best friend, mom and dad's teammate and my friend's father, Uzumaki Naruto. I want to become Hokage just like him!"

Itachi's POV

So Naruto really did become Hokage...not just that, Sarada wants to become Hokage as well! My parents and I were obviously shocked by hearing what her dream was. But I'm glad she wants to protect the village.

"Uzumaki Naruto...isn't that Kushina's son?" mother and Lady Kushina were good friends. I remember clearly when I first saw Naruto as a baby after the Nine-Tails attacked.

"Yep. I guess you know Lord Seventh already so I don't have to say more about him then." Sarada said.

Sarada gave us clothing, showed us the rooms in the house, and helped us with the mattresses. She's a very kind and helpful girl.

After helping us, Sarada left to her room and Sasuke and wife, Sakura came. It took a while to explain what really happened and how we suddenly appeared here since she seemed kinda spooked out at first seeing dead people suddenly in her house. But after talking to her, she seemed to have calm down and then left saying she's going to get dinner ready. And of course, mother went along with her. Sarada probably got her soft and cheerful side from her mother.

It's kinda cute how she's like her parents😊.

Sarada's POV

"Dinner's ready everyone!" I heard mom called.

"Thank you for the food!~"

Dinner was more lively than the other days I've had dinner with mom and dad. Grandpa and grandma kept asking questions and mom and I told them about the many things that happened when we spent time together. Not to mention how shocked their faces were when they saw dad's left arm...which isn't even there anymore🙃. After dinner we kept talking too. I told them of everything happening these past few days and the missions I went on. Uncle Itachi told me some crazy stories of him and dad when dad was still a kid and wanted him to teach him new jutsus. Sounds a bit like me😅.

That night I fell asleep quickly as well. I had probably the most peaceful nap I've hadn't had in a long while as well. I hope more joyful days like these can come again soon.
