Choujiro is actually quite a good Mizukage. We usually don't see much of him but in that scene with him, it shows how much he cares and considers everyone's feeling, opinions, etc in his village.
Just me, or no one else sees that? He's a caring Mizukage.

I had exams Friday, was kinda tough tbh. I have to make a cake for school as well. Just for marks tho. Since my class couldn't get to do it b4 exams. I have exams again on Tuesday and Thursday tho so...I have alot of studying to do.
