6. Beauty and the Beast *draco*

Little heads up reader's hair will be described as red so yeah you'll see why. Ginny is the same year as the trio. You're in fourth year.

Y/n's POV

What's his name you ask? Malfoy, Draco Malfoy. Grade A Dirtbag. He and I have been enemies since I got sorted into Slytherin. I was a Weasley, in Slytherin. If you don't know that's a huge deal. Both my parents were Gryffindor, and so was the rest of my family, including my triplet sister, Ginny, and brother Ron. So it was tough to be away from my best friends.

When I got into Slytherin, I thought I would look for the best, and most I met weren't as bad as people said. They were fun, ambitious, pessimistic but relatable people. They were a breath of fresh air from my family, don't get me wrong I love my family, but sometimes they are just too annoyingly goody-two-shoes and happy. I quickly made friends, and actually became quite popular. But the one group that seem to hate me who is Draco and his little gang. At first I ignore this, but has stuff he did through harder and harder for me to ignore, I decided it was time that I make him an enemy. I should've known when he insulted my brother on the first day.

[[Ok now back to reality.]]

"Weasley!" Uggh... he's everywhere. "What Malfoy?" I was already in a awful mood today didn't need him adding to it. "That triple chin is shaping up nicely." He and his goons snickered.

"Well great, and you know what I can do a pretty good impression of you straight down to the rotten teeth." I smiled insincerely.

He chuckled to himself. "Well you know there's no vaccine for uglies and it's to bad because you could've used it." Ohhhh not today. Not today.

"Too bad the only women who will ever love you is your mom, or person for that matter."

By this time a crowd had gathered. And we were just spiting insults getting louder and louder.

"You wonder why you're never at our parties it's because you aren't invited." He shot back.

"Well I wasn't gonna go anyways." I smirked. The crowd oohed at him.

"I don't understand why you wouldn't want to go because they're the most exclusive, awesome parties, oh but no one wants you there." his friends laughed.

"I don't have the time, nor crayons to explain this to you right now so I'm gonna go." I turned to go, but I heard him draw his wand. So I whipped around and shot right as he was.

"Alarte Ascendare!" He shot up into the air. At that moment he raised his wand and screamed "Agumenti!" Shooting water at me and sending me backwards. Causing me to drop him.

While I was down he pointed his wand and yelled, "Expulso!!" The crowd knew what was happening and parted as I flew against the back wall. "Owww....." I had hit my head super hard. It was vibrating. "Oi! Malfoy stop! Can't you see she's hurt!" Ron ran and held back Draco, at first he fought back but when he saw me, we guys made eye contact and for some reason it looked like he had regret, no, fear in his eyes, almost worry.

Everyone waited to see what happened. Ron was still holding Draco waiting for him to escape, Draco stood still, staring at me. I doubled over, my vision going in and out. "What is wrong with you two?! She needs medical attention!" Ginny ran over to me.

The next thing I knew I heard people arguing.

"I hurt her I should be the one to make sure she's ok." I heard Draco say. What? He hates me, why would he care if I was ok.

"Exactly! You hurt her. So you should go." Ron argued. Mmh.. I thought, I actually kinda want them both to stay. What! No stop y/n don't like him.

"You're both idiots, she obviously wants us all to stay." Ginny turned towards me and held out her hand my  way. They both whipped their heads towards me, and for a minute they just stood there.

Till Ginny dragged Ron out.

"Oh my gosh, Y/n! Are you ok? Wait- Uh ... Sorry." Draco sheepishly looked at you.

"Yeah... um, it's... it's... well no it's not really ok." I tried to forgive him but I couldn't. His face fell.

"I- I get that. I'm sorry... look when I first met you I actually liked you." My eyebrows shot up.

"But... I expected you to be like the rest of your family, so I was a jerk to your brother, you, and your sister. Maybe we could've been friends if I met you in another life, maybe then we could pretend that there's no rivalry between our families. That's not an excuse but I wanted you to know that I was scared when I figured out I liked you, because I knew you would never like me back so I took it out on Potter, Granger, your brother and you. And I'm truly sorry." He was almost crying.

I watched in disbelief as he talked. I couldn't believe it, my rival was apologizing, and admitting he likes me.

"Um... uhh- I- I don't know what to say... well I do but I'm not sure I wanna say it.. "

I was conflicted. I could tell him I've been catching feelings for him too. Or I could just tell him he's forgiven. But I felt like he was actually sorry and I wanted to let him know it was ok and I liked him too. So I did the first thing that came to mind.

I sat up and pulled him by his tie and kissed him.

"Bloody hell... wow." He grinned back at me.

"Don't you dare ever tell my brothers or sister." I smiled.

"Believe me, I do not want to die." He chucked.

I opened my arms and he climbed onto the bed and held me. He kissed my forehead. " I'm so sorry, love." He squeezed me tighter. "I guess I forgive you now." I grinned as I snuggled in his chest. He ran his fingers through my auburn hair.

"I love you, my Beauty." He said quietly drifting off, thinking I had fallen asleep. I smiled.

"I love you too, Beast." I laughed quietly to myself. He was fast asleep.
