Y/N'S POV:

"My love?" You heard as you sat crying on your bed.

"Y-yes Severus?" You asked trying to keep from sobbing.

He winced at the first name, you never called him by his first name.

"You know I love you, and that Lily hasn't, and never will replace you." He tried to assure you, sliding next to you on the twin bed. You laughed dryly.

"Yeah right, you've had a crush on her since first year and before. Plus, you had to ask her permission before we started dating." He sighed pulling you up.

"Lovey, you do know I was covering up the fact I liked you? I was a scared, bullied, shy Slytherin boy, who didn't know to express his feelings. And I wasn't asking her permission, I was also covering up the fact that I had screamed and told her that I finally asked you to be my girlfriend." He looked down in embarrassment.

You cupped your hands on his cheeks.

"Really?" You asked a small smirk crawling up your face.

"Maybe.." he mumbled. You smiled huge about to tease him.

"Realllyyyyyy. Awwwww Severus Snape all sappy!" You laughed, as he fell back on your bed, covering his face with one of your pillows.

"Stop! Forget I said anything!" He cried.

"Hahahahahaah!!" You busted out laughing, falling into your place beside him.

"Shut up." He slowly smiled as you peeled the pillow from his head.

"I loveee youuu." You sang softly next to him.

He smiled big, closing his eyes and pulling you near him.

"You ever tell anyone, your dead." You kissed him quickly before getting up.

"Don't worry they'll know before you can get to me!" You said running out as his eyes widened. He got up quickly skidding down the hall after to you.

People gave him weird looks as they saw a laughing girl being chased by a furious Snape.

He waved them off, running after you.

He caught you around your waist. You fought but it was no use. He kissed your cheek as you squirmed to get away.

"I'm not letting you go."

"Ever?" You asked.

"Ever."
