"Kota, It's ok... you are being brought to a hospital," Steven said as he moved closer to Kota...

"Im going to keep looking. Kim, don't open this door; the kid is sleeping against it; she'll fall out if you do." The ranger Said as they shut Steven's door and got in.

"You alright back there?"

"Yes"

"ETA 30mins"

It was quite a long drive. However, Kota Seemed to sleep the whole way there. She was pretty content with the heat on and running. She was doing good. Well, Aside from maybe a few other things. Her eyes still had that cloudiness that Kara Had. Though With Kota, there is a chance that her vision might be able to be saved. Marcus didn't have her for very long. After 30 long minutes, they arrived at the hospital.

"We're here.."

Kim said as she parked and got out. She remembered not to open the door. She walked to stevens die and opened his door.

"You want to grab her. Keep her close to your chest. She likes the warmth and the feeling of your heartbeat, and it, and it might be hard Since she's not exactly a child."

Steven yawned and got out of the truck before he reached over and pulled her closer to him before picking her up bridal style and carrying her in his arms. He was supporting her head against his shoulder.

"Alright, this way," Kim Mentioned as she started walking off. She stood at the door while steven walked inside the hospital, where A nurse directed him down to a small children's room. The wallpaper was a forest, while the ceiling was painted with the stars and galaxy. Down the hall, they passed a young lady who looked very similar to Kayleigh. She was walking down the hall with a pole that the nurse attached to their arm. A nurse was holding onto them as they walked. Their legs were gone, and they had prostheses. Perhaps It was her. Could it be? Given She did Have Bone Cancer, but she never said where. Curious, Steven looked over for a moment before turning his attention back to Kota. "doing great, Kayleigh. Just a few more steps than we can stop," A nurse down the hall said.

"Hello, My name is Liz; I'll be her doctor."

When steven heard that name, he jolted. He had paused for a second before laying Kota down on the bed. Liz put the Rails up on the sides of the bed to prevent her from rolling off. Liz went to shake his hand, which he took to surprise but shook it anyway.

"Alright. he shook her hand."

"My full name Is Elizabeth. You can call me whatever you prefer."

"My name is Steven."

"It is nice to meet Elizabeth," Steven replied.

"Nice to meet you as well. Kara is in good hands. I promise," Elizabeth responded.

"Alright"

Elizabeth Carefully moved Kota around to get her Old clothes off though they were all torn and burnt, so it wasn't hard. She put her in a light blue gown with teddy bears on it. She put an IV in her arm and gave her fluids and meds."

"We Had Search and rescue out after A lab Exploded" Elizabeth looked at him after she covered Kota up with a heated blanket and placed a white teddy bear next to her.

"Yes. I was one of the survivors. I did my best to make sure everyone got out safe. I am glad Kota survived wouldn't be able to live with myself if she didn't."

"How old is she?"

"17 ".
