"Madison?!" I walked into her arms and hugged her.

"Been a long time, huh?" She said back.

"What are you even doing here?" I said happily.

"I think you need to make that up on your own." Madison smiled, and stepped to the side.

A blonde, well dressed woman walked up and through the gates.

"Hello, y/n. Is there somewhere we can speak?" The woman said.

"Uh, of course. But may I ask... who are you?" I questioned, I felt Tate's presence beside me.

"I'm Cordelia Goode. The woman you seem to be looking for." She said.

"Cordelia... it's amazing to finally meet you." I said, shaking her hand, "Follow me."

I walked her round to the side of the house, where there were a table and four chairs.

We all sat down, Tate and I on one side, Madison and Cordelia on the other.

"So, who have you got with you?" Cordelia asked kindly.

I looked over to him and said,

"Madison, Cordelia. This is Tate. Tate Langdon."

He smiled at them, but was interrupted by Madison.

"Tate Langdon? As in the killer in Westfield High? Yeah, national news." Madison snarled.

Tate looked down to the ground, then to me at the side.

"Look, it's a long story but he-"

"No, y/n! Don't try and justify his bad actions! You've always been like this, even when we knew eachother as kids!" Madison yelled.

"Madison! Calm down, let me explain before you go all witchy cross." I said, "Tate was being controlled by the house at the time of the massacre."

Cordelia was just watching, taking in everyone's words.

"Controlled? My ass. He knew what he was doing." Madison said strongly.

"You don't know me," Tate said calmly.

"You don't get to talk!" She yelled, "Another word and you're gonna regret it, kid."

Tate sat down, not wanting to get on the wrong side of her.

"Madison. Please, sit. Listen to what the two have to say." Cordelia said, taking Madisons hand.

She sat, but still had an icy glare on Tate.

"Anyways," I began, "I had a dream recently, and Tate had left the house. That's impossible for us."

"What do you mean impossible?" Cordelia asked.

"Well, Tate and I are ghosts. We died." I told her.

"But you feel like you're here..." she said, touching my hand.

"Yes. It feels like we're completely normal people, but we're the ghosts of our previous selves." I told her.

"How did you die, I'm sure there's something I can do for you." Cordelia asked me, looking at us both.

"Well... I died of TB, and I don't know if Tate feels comfortable with me telling you about him." I told her.

"Lemme guess," Madison said, "He got shot. By the cops, for killing kids."

Tate stood up, and walked towards Madison. She stood up too.

"Can you shut it? That's not me anymore, you have no idea who you're talking to!" Tate half shouted to her.
