"Going to the bathroom." I hollered as I walked out of the kitchen to follow Riley up the stairs.

My thoughts felt sick inside my head, but I couldn't stop myself from acting on them. I was stalking my friend's drunk little sister up the stairs to try to convince her to sleep with me. It wasn't like I had never slept with a drunk girl before, but something about this situation wasn't clicking in my head correctly. It might be because I was extremely drunk now too or because I knew I shouldn't be doing this at all.

I was a shit friend, but I didn't give one fuck about it right now.

Riley was on all fours crawling up the steps when I got to the staircase. I leaned against the wall at the bottom to watch her. She was not really even moving at all. She would go up two steps and somehow managed to go down one. She was muttering to herself the whole entire time.

"Need some help?" I asked, trying to turn on a little charm.

"I know how to do this." She was looking at her hands and legs like she was trying to convince them to work together. The words sounded like they were meant as more of a pep talk for herself than a conversation with me.

"Hey, you know most people walk up the stairs?" I laughed, trying to be helpful.

"I don't need your input, mister." She slurred terribly. "I have climbed many things and you don't get an opinion on how I do it or what dress I wear."

I raised my eyebrow. When did I ever say anything about her dress?

"Well, you're a rude little thing." I pulled at my eyebrow ring as my conscience was battling my desire for her. She was really drunk. Way too drunk, to be perfectly honest. It didn't change how much I wanted her, but it made me feel a little guilty about what I was trying to do.

She mumbled something about my eyes being blue and sticking them someplace. I was too busy playing with my rings and staring at her ass to pay attention. She tried to climb up again and managed to turn almost sideways. She was going to start crawling down the steps if she moved again. I found myself laughing at her. The poor girl was helpless.

I walked up the stairs behind her. Now was the time to do this. I was going to pick her up and take her to my room. I would turn up the seduction once I got her in there and convince her she was the one who wanted me in the first place.

JD would remain clueless; he would never know what was going on unless it had something to do with Anna. Mark was Mark, and he was probably fangirling over some movie by now. The only person I really needed to worry about was Aiden. He hadn't taken his eyes off her since the moment she walked through the door tonight. I was surprised he wasn't hovering over her right now. I knew for a fact he would come looking for her if we took too long. We had to be quick.

I stepped up right behind her and bent down to pick her up.

"I don't want your help." She sang out.

I came up here to do a lot of things but helping her wasn't one of them. If anything, she was going to be helping me tonight.

"Didn't come up to help you," I whispered back. "I need to take a piss. The bathroom is up here, remember?"

I wasn't sure why I mentioned the bathroom or was trying to hide what I was doing from her. She would find out soon enough.

Riley looked back at me with those large, brilliant emerald eyes. She looked so innocent and vulnerable lying at my feet. I waited for her to give me any sign that she was into me. We were alone; she didn't have to hold back for the sake of the group. Instead, she just sat there, fucking staring at me.
