I: Matchmaker Mina
Third POV
The sky was grey and cloudy, the temperature had dropped significantly since July but that was to be expected. After all, it was late November to early December. That time of year was finally approaching as every A unit member shared it deep inside their hearts. This momentous occasion you ask? Well...
It was almost time for the annual Katsuki Clan Alliance meeting.
This meeting was mandatory for all clans that had conjoined underneath Katsuki's. Gathering in one specific location of the world where Katsuki had complete jurisdiction and power over government factions.
The head himself loved it because he felt powerful. He was the basic definition of power in everyone else's eyes and they never dared to cross him or go past his authority... well almost everyone.
However, let's move on from such subjects, shall we?
. . . In the base . . .
A couple of days had passed and everything had seemed normal enough, well, other than the fact that Katsuki wasn't in his office but was downstairs in the lounge room with everyone else.
It was quiet, or quiet enough when it came to A unit when Kaminari suddenly busted through the doors heading straight to turn on the tv. He flipped through the channels before arriving at the news station, that reported the Yo Shindo situation.
It'd been 5 days since the discovery of his gruesome death by officials and nothing was found leading to the Katsuki clan. Of course, that's what the officials wanted everyone in the public eye to think, but those in the room knew the truth.
"Tch. The damn media has been going on about this for nearly a full week." Katsuki grunted, laying his head on Izuku's lap feeling his hair get caressed. How the media took this long to finally figure out this was beyond him, and quite frankly he couldn't care less.
Kaminari nodded, "Yeah, but they said that Tatami is still missing, and we didn't have anything to do with her disappearance."
Koda shrugged, taking a sip of his sake, "Technically we did; we left that message and I guess she's taken the hint to disappear."
"Well I'm not upset about that," Tokoyami murmured, "I'm tired and hope that this is the last we'll have to hear about the Shindo Clan."
"Agreed." Everyone else said in unison.
"I wonder how everyone else is gonna feel about the eradication of them." Uraraka sparked up, "I mean the alliance meeting is now a little less than 2 days from now."
Izuku looked down at Katsuki whose eyes were beginning to close, just trying to relax when he'd asked, "What's an alliance meeting?"
He'd only heard bits and pieces but they weren't enough for him to fully understand the big picture. Ashido then smiled brighter than ever, "Its this super cool mafia event that happens annually around late November and I always feel so powerful whenever we go."
"OH, AND THE FOOD IS TO DIE FOR-!"
He slowly nodded, a bit taken back but still happy for the pink-haired woman's enthusiasm. "Anyone else?" Turning over to Iida who had cleared his throat.
