XIX: Winter Wonderland

Third POV

Nothing but joyous words came to Izuku's direction as everyone in the A unit was worried he may never come back.

"Midoriya, we were so worried!" Kaminari exclaimed, "I didn't want to have to listen to that state Bakugo much longer than I had to!"

Izuku merely giggled at the comment, while an unamused look planted itself on Katsuki's face, folding his arms in response.

"Kaminari has a point." Sero duly noted, "The boss over here acted like a total nut job when you left." Giving a tight hug to the boy.

"I'm sorry," Izuku bowed, "I caused all of you trouble." Having a displeased look on his complexion.

Mineta spoke up, "It's not as much trouble as you thought we got a video call from Seiji, he still looks bad from the number Bakugo did on him I mean sheesh, someone got hit with the ugly stick-"

"Ahem!" Hagakure fake coughed, "Will you get to the point already? We already know that he looks deformed after Bakugo beat him up at the conference!"

Izuku's eyes widened, slowly turning his head to make eye contact with the blond who seemed unfazed by what his subordinates had to say.

He seemed rather proud of his work.

"Anyways, Seiji called and said that Midoriya passed out on him so he undressed him and put him in something comfortable. Nothing happened." Asui finally explained. "Oh and apparently, Midoriya kept mumbling about he couldn't do something."

Izuku looked down, a bit relieved that nothing really bad had happened, though he would've preferred Seiji leave him in his former clothing.

"Whatever." Katsuki rolled his eyes, nuzzling his face into Izuku's soft curls, "As long as I know that bastard is still miles away from me I'm good to go."

Although his chaotic nerves were satisfied now that he was positive nothing happened. Lightly squeezing Izuku's waist, stating that he'd be heading up to his office.

Everyone else stayed in the main lounge room because all the work had been completed 'ages' ago; basking in the sudden warmth of the room now that everything was balanced once again.

Sitting at the bar, Izuku got served a peach amaretto, courtesy of Uraraka who made the same drink for herself.

Clinking the crystalline design glasses as a commemoration for such a glorious day, they drank together both panning their views over to the others who seemed relatively calm.

"Nobody blames you, including me," Uraraka started to talk, not looking at Izuku but at everyone else, "Everything crumbled after you left."

"The boss went in and out of his state, but then he became almost depressed and didn't do anything besides lock himself in your bedroom and tried to drink away his problems."

Izuku turned to face her a look of concern spreading, "What...?"

Uraraka nodded, understanding how hard it was to believe such a thing but alas it was the truth, "He was scared to come to find you, even though all he had to do was just send one of us to come and kidnap you from your mother's place."
