So Now You Want Me?

Chapter 4

Vanessa POV

I haven't seen Jake since Saturday morning. If he was avoiding me he sure was doing a good job. He hasn't came to the pack house because I would have known. His room is beside mine. If he did come then I wasn't home. 

I just couldn't accept the fact he didn't want me. I know he wanted me. He wouldn't have done what he did. He was jealous of Mike. I could tell. You don't react like that if you don't want someone. Yet he confuses me.

I want him. I really want him. He might think what we did was a mistake but I sure don't think so. I think it was magical. I guess he didn't think so.

Our outer beauty wont stay forever, but your inner beauty does. To me that's the most important.  

But clearly to him it was the opposite. 

A knock at my door took me out of my hard thinking.

"Come In."

"Vanessa I'm going to go crank up the car ok. I just came to check if you were ok."

"Thanks San, I'm ok"

"I hope you tell me soon what happened the night of your birthday."

"Ill tell you after school."

"Ok."

"I'll be out in 15 minutes."

She the closed the door and left. I took a quick shower and found a cute outfit. My mate wasn't going to see me as an ugly beast. 

I hurried downstairs and got me a chocolate bar. That was an easier breakfast.

"Hey San."

"Hey Girly. Ready to start school?"

"Yeah , I'm ok."

 The ride to school was silent and I really appreciated it that Sandra didn't try to make a conversation. I think she knows I wasn't ready to talk and I'm happy she didn't push me.

When I got to school I hugged my bestfriend and told her Id see her at lunch. All she said was ok.

When my friend and I parted ways I headed to my class. When I entered my class I sat in the back seat.

Let the comments begin

"Pig!"

"Fat girl"

"Ugly Thing."

I was tired of the comments.

"Why don't you shut your freaking mouths. Always talking about someone. You aint cool. That just makes you seem is stupid."

They were shocked after many year I actually said something. They looked dumbfounded. I smiled at them and turned to face the board. 

I felt like a boss. I sure liked the feeling.

After class was down I exited class. I headed to my locker and got my books for my next class. When I shut my locker  I saw him. There were two girl with him. One in each arm. They were both taking turns kissing him. My wolf didn't like what she was seeing. I headed towards them. When I got to there side, I grabbed both girl off of him. He just kept them in place.

"Cant you see I'm busy."

"You're my mate!" I yelled.

He looked shocked. But that quickly went away when everyone started laughing. He just smirked.
