Chapter 11

VANESSA POV

"Stop It!!!"

Bella was taking pictures of me.

"Why?? I want to show the baby when he gets older."

I started tearing up.

"Don't cry. I'll stop taking pictures."

"It's not that. I'm just emotional."

She started to laugh at me.

"Stop laughing!! It's not funny"

"It kinda is. I love you so much!"

She come over to my side and hugged me.

"I'm so happy I have you Bella. You have been so helpful."

"I'm just happy that you're happy. I'm also happy I'm going to be part of this baby's life. How has Tim been?"

"He's been great. He always calls to see how I'm doing. He came over last week. He's been busy with pack stuff. He said he would stop by today."

Bella just smirked at me.

"What?"

"I see the way you talk about him."

I couldn't help the big smile that was starting to form. I probably looked like a fool.

"I don't know what you talking about."

"You know exactly what I'm talking about."

"I do. I really do."

We just started laughing like little girls.

*Ding Dong*

"I'LL GET IT!!!" my aunt Maggie yelled

I just laughed at her.

"Oh Alpha come on in."

"Hi Mrs.Maggie I came by to check up on Vanessa."

"She is in the living room. Come on in."

"Well I'll go. We'll have a sleepover and you can tell me all the details. I'll bring pizza. See you tonight girly." Bella said through our mind-link.

I just nodded by head.

Tim came over to my side.

"Hey babe." he then kissed my forehead.

"Hey."

"Well I'll leave you too alone. Be good." my aunt said while walking upstairs.

"Always!!" I yelled to her.

I just heard her snicker.

"How was Alpha work?"

"It was great. I love doing what I do but I missed you."

"Oh really?" I said giving him a playing smile.

"Yes really."

"Oh well I think you deserve a good welcoming then."

He gave me a wicked smile.

"I think so too."

I grabbed him by his neck and pulled him closer. He closed the small distance.

After our short sweet kiss he pulled away.

"Let's go for a walk. I want to show you something."

"Sure just let me get ready."

"Ok."

"Oh my gosh this is beautiful."

"I wanted our first official date as a couple to be special."

He then started to walk towards the car.

"Where are you going?"

"Wait right here. I'll be back."

Two minutes later I saw him come back with a picnic basket.

He just smiled at me.

When he was in front of me he laid down a blanket then he came to my side.

He helped me sit down.

He then set out the food. Everything was so beautiful just like in the movies.

Time with him passed by really fast. It was already night time so I mind linked Bella.

"Bell's I won't be going home anytime soon. I'll let you know when I get back home."

"Oh you naughty naughty girl. But ok, See you soon! Love you"

"Love you too."

I was probably to busy mind-linking Bella I didn't realize when he had lit up candles.

"I wanted to light them up a while ago but It was day time there was no point. But now since its dark I put them to use."

He came closer to me and we cuddled. We looked up to the stars. It was such a beautiful night. I turned around to face him. I grabbed his cheek.

"Thank you"

"For?"

"For making me so happy. I'm glad I gave us a chance."

"Me too."

He leaned in and gave me a sweet kiss. I liked this. I liked us.

He pulled away and smiled at me.

"You make me very happy Vanessa. You're so beautiful inside and out. I'm happy I'll be part of the baby's life. "

In that moment I felt my baby kick.

"The baby just kicked."

His smile got wider and he started to rub my belly. For a moment I actually felt complete.

Then the thought of Jake passed my mind. What if he had accepted me? Would this be me and him? Would he be so happy rubbing my belly.

I needed to stop thinking about Jake. There was this part of me that wouldn't let go. I knew deep down Jake would always be a part of me. Now that I gave Tim a chance I need to be faithful to him even in my thoughts.
