Kyung Mi's pov

My phone kept ringing the moment I left the agency building. And every time I read the caller, it's Park Jimin. I declined his calls for the past 10 times but he's just too stubborn to call it quits so for the 11th time, I answered.

"Kyung Mi, thank god you finally answered. I-"

"If you wish to explain things, zip it. I'm not in the mood to hear whatever you have to say. Goodbye." I cut him off but before I could hang up.

"Wait please, just text me, Kyung. I'll be waiting-" I hung up, sighing before shoving my phone back into the bag and lean into the car seat.

He must have noticed my uneasiness and decides to make a conversation. "Rough day?" I scoffed at his attempt of starting a convo.

"I don't seem to remember that we're friends." I replied, earning a slight chuckle from him before he makes a sudden turn.

"We're not. But Rose is." I widened my eyes as he mentioned that name.

Rose?

The Rose from my dreams?

"Who's Rose? You know her?" I asked

"Of course. We met through work-related stuff but I don't think you're interested in knowing that." He smirked and I swear to god, I want to punch his face right now.

"What do you know about her?" I pried but he only said.

"I can take you to her if you want."

And that's where I said yes.

I desperately want to know who this Rose is and what is she to me.

A few minutes later, we approached an underground parking lot. It was pitched black as he drove in and the headlights of his car lit up.

There were only a few cars but I have no idea why would he take me here. To see Rose?

"Stay here. I'm going to make a call." He said and got out of the car to make a phone call. I am starting to get goosebumps now from all this chaotic mess.

While waiting for him to finish his call, I grab my phone from my bag and unlock the screen. I tap on the messaging app and saw Jimin had sent me a few text messages.

'I'm sorry Kyung Mi.'
'It's not what you think it is.'
'You know I only have eyes for you right.'
'When you feel better, let's talk.'
'I'll wait for you no matter how long.'

I smiled at his messages, maybe I was too quick to judge him. I probably should send him a text. Before I could complete my text, the passenger door on my side suddenly swing opened and I got startled for a second.

Not because of the sudden intrusion but the man standing in front of me is Hangyeom.

"Come with me..." Hangyeom said and dragged me out harshly from the Lamborghini. "Hangyeom wait, what are you doing here?!" I yelped but he continues to drag further away.

"You shouldn't be here..." He muttered but out of nowhere, a group of masked vigilantes appeared and had us surrounded. Hangyeom in instinct pulls me behind him to shield me from danger. There were about roughly ten people and I am so confused about what is happening right now.

"Shit." Hangyeom cursed and the next thing we know, sounds of clapping echoed the basement followed by a sinister laugh.

"Well well, look who decided to show up at the lion's den." The masked vigilantes make way for a tall, slim lady, dressed in an all-black suit, to walk towards us. The guy who brought me here earlier stood beside her with a grin on his face.
