"Out of question!" he decreed, shaking his head categorically. All eyes veered to him,
Jungkook and his brothers puzzled while the witches looked mildly surprised. Heaving
a sigh jimin continued. "Taehyung is our friend too." and shut up as if this should suffice to explain his reticence to kill someone
who he still considered his bestfriend even tho said bestie had lied to him for years and hid a massive secret but that was something
he will have to discuss with the concerned when he will finally be free of that devourer or whatever.
"Taehyung??" All three of them shouted, shock clear in the way theirs
faces contorted. Jimin nodded simply.
"Is he conscious?" asked Seokjin who was the first one to gain back his
composure He stared him up and down. The older omega had changed, jimin
thought. Maybe it was being abducted and locked in a room while soemone
take away your baby there was something very different in him He was less polished, less gentle the way he remembered the omega who had joked around with him. There was a dangerous glint hiding behind his orbs and a savagery contained in them that only
awaited to be unleash.
He chose at this moment to not lie but not tell the complete truth either because
he felt in his bones that his best friend's life depended on it.
"I'm sure that he is." The older omega simply nodded going back to where
his mate was standing. Jimin watched as the couple hugged each others.
"You are right we can't do that to Taehyung." the younger alpha said beside him,
his voice barely perceptible as he was still glued to him. His heat had his perks.
The witches watched them debate. Theywaited
until they're done to speak up.
"The receptacle is a friends of yours but you must understand then that
he is dying." They perked up at that. jimin's eyes shone dangerously.
"What do you mean?"
" The witches that sealed the devourer's strip him off his powers and turned him into a human but the human's body is weak and unable to contain that much powers for long. Its only a matter of times before he die and when he will, it will be free."
They swallowed that new fact in deafening silence.
"Then we ought to find a way to save him." let out jimin, his heart beating
accelarating under the efect of fear. His throat dried and hands shaking.
The sisters shook theirs heads in tandem.
I'm afraid this is impossible. His death is in our opinion inevitable." theirs emotionless tones echoeing through jimin's hollow chest.
"That's what we will see."

He waited until the nurse got up an left, turning off the light in the room and closing the door shut. Whe he's sure that he's alone, Hoseok sat up on the hospital's cot, glancing around. His nightmares about taehyung's impending fate leaving him drenched in sweat his tongue soured with an aftertaste of terror and fright.
He tossed aside the thin white sheet and got off bed. His stuff are sitting around sealed in a plastic bag. He tored it and fumble around to verify if everything was here before passing on his pants and shirts and heading out.
He walked down the halls, shrugging past nurses and interns until he reached the exit. He was glancing around for a car when a hand came rest on his shoulder. The alpha startled, he jumped around to see his assaillant.
"Hey you shouldn't be out." remarked the man and his face was familiar even though he couldn't pinpoint exactly where he'd seen him.
"I don't have much time, he is in danger." he let out, afraid.
"Taehyung?" his eyes shot up to stared at the man.
"You know him?" he asked, hopeful. the other man scratched the back of his head, blushing a bit.
"No but I heard you must've mentioned him abt a dozen times at least." he admitted and hoseok's hope is short lived. He sighed turning around about to take his leave.
"Wait. I can help you."
"How?" he didn't want to waste more times.
"Trust me?" he shot him a dubious look, rolling his eyes.
"Don't want to offend you man but I don't know you." he said at last.
"But I saved your life."
"Well. I can't very deny it, can I?"
"Follow me then." Hoseok hesitated a second before scampering after the
strange man.
