"Sapnap, unlock the damn door!"

Sapnap quivered in fear, he had a hand over his mouth, concealing his sobs. He was hiding in their bedroom,back against the wall, afraid of facing the man he loved. 

Dream was drunk, again.

"Sapnap are you cheating on me?" Dream spoke again, banging on the door. His voice was laced with anger and Sapnap could smell the liqour through the door, Dream probably still had a bottle in his hands. 

"N-no I'm not, you're drunk and you're scaring me" Sapnap spoke, trying to keep his voice as steady as possible.

It went silent for a moment, and Sapnap exhaled shakily, thinking Dream went away from the door. That is, until he heard something smash on the other side of the door.

"Dream, w-what just broke?"

"Come out here and you can see"

Sapnap sighed, he hated this side of Dream. He just wanted the loving, clingy Dream, the man he fell in love with. 

Most often than not though, Dream would have some sort of bottle of alcohol in his hands, and he'd either hit Sapnap or want Sapnap pinned under him. 

"Sapnap, honey, please come out. I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to."

There was the Dream he loved. Sapnap stood up, hand trembling against the doorknob. They had gone through the exact same scenario hundreds of times before, and it all turned out the same.

"You know I love you Sappy.."

He unlocked the door, opening it to find his boyfriend standing in front of the door. He saw the now smashed bottle on the ground. The smell of alcohol was even stronger now, but that doesn't matter, because Dream said he was sorry.  He hugged Sapnap, and Sapnap hugged back, he does love me, he does these things because he loves me Sapnap told himself. He had closed his eyes, focusing on the comfort of his boyfriend rather than the smell. 

Sapnap opened his eyes, looking up at his boyfriend. He felt rough hands wipe away the tears stained to his face. Dream smiled at him, but the smile didn't comfort him like it usually did, it sent shivers down his spine. Dream started kissing his neck, harshly, leaving marks. 

"N-no" Sapnap muttered, he didn't want this. 

Dream looked at him, "Why don't you want this? do you not love me?"

"No, Dream, I do love you I just-"

"Am I not GOOD enough for you?" Dream spat at him.

"Of course you are, I just don't want this right now.." Sapnap trailed off, I should want this, he's my boyfriend, I'm disappointing him. I'm a terrible boyfriend for not wanting this.

"Okay, you can but, just kisses"

Dream smirked.

Sapnap lay under the covers, hearing the snores of his boyfriend beside him. "I said just kisses.." He whispers, knowing that his boyfriend wouldn't hear it. He closed his eyes, trying to fall asleep.

He had just fallen asleep when he heard shuffling around him. He peeked an eye open and saw Dream leaving the room. where is he going at one in the morning? Sapnap knew he should probably go back to bed, and Dream was probably doing something harmless. He trusted Dream, right?
