When Galand saw Merlin about to use magic on her, he disappeared and left Meliodas on the ground. "Hm? It seems he has lept far from my magic ability's range." She said. As soon as Galand left, Acantha fell to her knees, having felt them buckle beneath her. Meliodas looked at her and pushed himself to stand, running up to her. "Are you okay?? You're not hurt right?" He asked. Acantha had tears finally start to well in her eyes but she blinked them away and nodded. That's when Galand came back and tried to attack Merlin for being a "pesty mage". Slader jumped between them but was quickly overpowered by the commandment of truth.

Merlin decided she would "make a deal" with Galand. This gave time for a distraction. But she needed to think quickly. That's when the mage felt something inside her and she quickly was being turned to stone. Everyone watched in fear right before her eyes. Galand laughed. "Shouldn't have tried to lie to me. Anyone who lies gets turned to stone!" He laughed manically. As Meliodas went to attack more, Slader grabbed both Acantha and Merlin and acted as a shield. "I'm sorry Acantha but you shouldn't try and fight him." The roars of dawn member stated.

Acantha made do with the uncomfortable situation but could just barely see Meliodas getting stabbed and overpowered, even with his demonic ability being used. Galand quickly stabbed everyone, his weapon going through even Slader and into Acantha's torso. She coughed up blood as the commandment ran away, leaving everyone.

The amount of blood that poured from her wound quickly made her pass out. She woke up hours later to the sound of talking around her. The nymph opened her eyes as a healer was using magic to heal Acantha's wound, which left a gaping hole in her dress. She looked around worriedly and saw the captain walk in with Elizabeth supporting him.

Acantha was still a bit out of it and listened in. They were all thinking of ways to defeat the commandments. Arthur seemed to be doubting himself but Elizabeth was all for it. Once the conversation was done, Merlin called to the nymph's attention and lead her to her laboratory. There, she was given new clothing. "I was working on something that would prove to be more comfortable in battle while withstanding your inferno powers." The orb said before it suddenly projected an illusion of Merlin's body.

The outfit was rather different from how her usual style was. It was a milky white bodysuit with its usual high collar and a honey-colored breakaway skirt. The bodysuit had accents of gold and overall gave her more freedom of movement without a normal skirt flying up and risking flashing someone. Acantha changed into it and didn't have a pocket to put her mysterious paper in so she opted for the next best thing and hid the paper in her chest where it wouldn't risk being stolen.

Merlin gave the outfit an approving look. "Now then. This outfit should be a little more resistant to the elements and can't burn as easily. And if needed, the skirt can be removed for easier movement." She explained before turning away from the girl in thought. Meliodas, Elizabeth, and Hawk entered soon after to see the two and smiled. "Hey, Merlin we uh. Got a situation. Diane seems to have lost her memories. Even to the point, she called me by my name." Meliodas said and went on to explain. Merlin understood immediately. "Sounds like temporary memory loss due to blunt force trauma to the head-" her sentence was stopped in its tracks by King bursting in.

He seemed frantic and was in his human-like form. "It's getting worse! She doesn't know who Meliodas is now!" The fairy king exclaimed in a panic. Merlin sighed and they all discussed things before deciding on one thing. "We'll just have to observe Diane." She said. They all walked to the place she was asleep to find she wasn't even there. King went into even bigger of a panic. That's when Slader and Gowther arrived. "I erased her memories. Simple as that." The pink-haired doll explained.

Acantha's eyes widened. 'Why would he do that... Wait does that mean... Diane forgot who she was...? But... That can't be we're friends!' She thought and in a blind force of frustration, slapped Gowther across the face. Slader quickly moved the small girl away before she caused any damage. King yelled at Gowther but was stopped. He expressed his disappointment before taking his turn to smack the sin. But this time he used his chastifol to send Gowther launching at a stone pillar.
