"Come here."
Chris wrapped his arms around my waist. His body pressed behind me.
"You smell good, is that new?" I say while turning to face him. His body still pressed to mine.
"Yes, I went shopping with Crawf yesterday and got it. I also got you a little something as well," Chris pulls out a rectangular shaped box.
"Oh, Christian, you didn't have to get me anything."
"But I wanted to," he chuckled lightly.
I slowly open the velvet box, revealing a beautiful necklace.
The silver lining filled with beautiful diamonds, shine so brightly.
"It's beautiful!" My eyes got round, as I look up to see his shimmering.
"Just like you," Christian leaned in, planting his lips on mine.
The taste of his lips, making me want more, was so meaningful. I had longed for his lips since we last said our goodbyes.
Sadly, we parted. My cold feet was tingly on the cold hard floor. He made me weak without even trying.
"I truly do love you, Lacy," Chris placed his thumb on my cheek, rubbing along the bone that lined my fragile face.
"And I love you, Christian," I lightly touched his chest with my hand.
We kissed once more, then separated completely. I felt empty without him close to me.
"You got everything you need for the tour?" Crawford walked in the living room, sitting next to where I was standing.
"Yeah, you?" Crawford was going and I was so happy to hear!
"Yeah, you?" Crawford looked at Chris and smiled.
"Yeah man, I'm all packed." Chris itched his nose while glancing at me.
"Well this is going to be great dude, I am so blessed to be going with you two," Crawford stood up and put his arms around both of our shoulders.
"When are we leaving?" I asked either one, none in particular.
"Tomorrow at 11 am," Crawford glanced at his phone.
I can't wait. I am just so thrilled!
