"Hun."
"Wake up silly!"
"Wakey-Wakey!" I heard my mother's voice beside me.

"No, ten more minutes," My body was stiff and uncomfortable because of the position I was in. The front seat is not as comforting as a bed, but it will do.

I wasn't buckled... Shh.

My hands were in between my knees while my legs were pushed towards my stomach. My Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle's pillow was laid against the chilled window as my entire body was turned sideways. You could say I was in a 'fetal position'.

"You're not going to school Lacy, you are going to see Christian, now get up!"

My eyes shot wide open. I jolted fully awake to see the scenery of a crumby gas station.

"Wha-" I stopped, not noticing that my mother had already started pumping some gas. I seen that she had slipped a $10 bill in my lap before, without me noticing that as well. Mothers are sneaky...

I rush in and grab an Arizona Green tea with a large bag of Skittles and Cheetos. My amazing dinner for tonight!
