"Oh my.."

I had a loss of words. Walking in a room full of rose petals leading to the small kitchen, candles scattered around the room giving a good highlight to a piece of paper next to a bouquet of different types of flowers, would be breathless to any girl.

My feet pulled me to the letter. Stamped with an emoji kiss face "😘". (Sorry to the people who can't see emojis) My hand was trembling with pure anxiety.

I was anxious because I have never been in a situation like this one. This was truly the most amazing experience I have ever been involved in. Chris sure did go all out. This isn't even the full scenario.

Lacy,

The bed was made. I think you should see if any creases are showing.

My mind was curious as to why he wanted me to check the bed, until I had a feeling that he didn't really want me to, he was just wanting me to find something.

My feet led the way to the edge of the bed. I knelt down on one knee, trying to see any bumps in the comforter.

"Yes," Was all I could say before I ripped off the perfectly made blanket, and picked the obvious object up from the surface of the bed.

This time, there was a cute and kiddish ring, wrapped around a piece of paper. I slid the ring off, putting it on my left pointer finger. When I unraveled the paper, a drawing of the fridge shown.

I rush to the refrigerator, not wasting any time at all. Pulling the door open, almost breaking the handle, I look inside to find a wrapped gift. The gift was perfectly wrapped to fit the box.

I opened the box to see nothing inside. Why would he put a perfectly unused wrapped present, with emptiness to put inside of it. I don't get it.

"Confused?" Christians voice rang through the kitchen behind me, making my skin crawl with startled goosebumps.

I didn't even have words to say at the moment. I am in utter shock with all Chris had done, but also confused about the last part.

"You can thank me later, we have a dinner to attend."

Christian grabbed my hand, intertwining out fingers like a puzzle. His thumb rubbing my hand made me smile. He was so gentle, making me frustrated with how adorable he is all the time. Can he just like, get ugly?

Obviously I wouldn't want him to change. He is perfect just the way he is. I love his personality the most. Always making me laugh, smile, feel good about myself. He helps me be a better person in all.

"What are you thinking about?" Chris asked, opening the car door on my side.

"Oh, you know..." I trailed off, hoping he wouldn't care too much.

"I don't know, but if you told me, maybe I would."

My cheeks flushed. I have had this kind of situation happen before, but it's different because the things that I thought about were too awkward for me to tell Chris.

I turned to look at him, staring at his amazing green eyes. I am so lucky to call this man mine.

"You," I kept my eyes on his.

His expression didn't change. The heat in the air could be cut with a knife; it was thick.

Examining his face, I noticed every detail that the human eye could ever see. He is such a beauty, God had worked wonders to create Christian.

His eyes traveled to my lips, then back up again. I got the message, and leaned in slowly, making the friction between us intimate.

His lips were chapped, but still had a soft edge, making them amazingly tempting. His breathe was brushing the inside of my mouth, every time we would separate for air, only to close the gap even more.

Whenever we kissed, it was magical. Only a kiss you could dream about. I was truly in love. There is no second thoughts about it.
