Y/n's POV:

I hate this place! It's horrible and disgusting. I have been here since the age of five and even then I knew I was going to hate it and of course I was right.
Unfortunately my parents didn't want me, maybe because they didn't know how to parent?, maybe because I was a accident?, or maybe because they were just sick of me? Who knows..

But today is the day I am going to escape this horrible place. Your probably wondering, "Oh Y/n just get adopted!" Well I don't want to get adopted weird right? I mean the Age 5-10 of course I did, god I would of done ANYTHING to get adopted.
But then that's when I thought what's the reason? So I stopped trying and made parents not want to adopt me in purpose. And now I am 13 it is hard to be adopted. Especially being a teenager.

I was in my cell- well room whatever it's a cell to me. And got the plan that was under my bed.
"Alright Lucky are you ready?" I asked my dog.
My dog lucky lived in my room he goes out and looks for food and always comes back. He is the only thing that keeps me happy, he is my good luck charm. Of course I have to keep him a secret.
It was late and I brought my bag with me and escaped from the window with Lucky in my arms.
Here we go...I thought and ran away.
It was 10 minutes later and I was hungry I did have food in my bag but I feel like it should be my emergency food. I stumbled upon a donut shop.
I have money so why not.

Five's POV:

We did it we finally stopped the apocalypse. But I have no idea what to do with my life now, I was concerning getting Delores back but we are history and she needs to be with new people- well mannikins. I hear the door open and a beautiful girl with (Y/h/c) with (Y/e/c) and sat one set away from me.
"Alright, your usual?" Agnes asked me.
"Huh?, Oh yea.." I said snapping back into reality.
"Alright and you?" She asked the girl
"Black coffee please and a (Y/f/d) (Your Favorite donut)

"Alright be back in a second." Agnes said.
For some reason I wanted to talk to this girl.
BARK
BARK
Was barking coming from her bag?
"Alright Lucky I'll let you out." She whispered to her bag. She looked at me then smiled.
"So are we going to pretend that there isn't a dog in your bag." I told her.
"Nope I don't! My bag just barks it's the new cool thing." She said sarcastically.
"Ah yes definitely." I smirked at her.

"Fine you caught me unfortunately I couldn't afford the new dog bag so I have a real one." She smiled then took her dog out.
"So are you on the run?" I asked.
"Technically yes I escaped from a horrible place I was in." She said petting her dog.
"What's your name?" I asked.
"Are you a kidnapper?" She asked.
"Well...."
She playful hits me.
"No I am not."

"Good my name is Y/n, Y/n (Y/l/n)" She said putting her hand out to shake. What a beautiful name..
"My name is Five, Five Hargreeves." I shook her hand.
"Alright, Here are your drinks and donut!" Agnes gave us.
Y/n was about to get her money out but I quickly payed for both of us.
"That's for me and her." I gave Agnes my money.
"You know I could pay." She told me.
"Yes, but I wanted to be a gentleman." I smirked at her, Y/n's face turned a little red. I smirked a little more.
Agnes went into the back, (Where only then employees can go)

Me and Y/n continued talking for almost an hour she seemed like a cool girl. I usually never talk to anyone, but her..it's different I have this feeling in my stomach that makes me happy?

I heard someone come inside and Y/n's eyes widened.
"Shit!" She said then grabbed her dog.
"What happened?"
"Those people are looking for me please don't snitch on me." She hid behind the counter.
"Hello have you seen a girl with (Y/h/c), (Y/e/c)
She is 13." He held a picture of the Y/n.
"Hmm." I pretended to think.
"No, but why do you need this girl?" I asked I was curious I want to make sure she wasn't dangerous.
"She is in foster care but ran away. So we are trying to find her if you do see her please contact us." The man said. I nodded and he left.

"You can come out now, darling."
She came up from the counter and blushed.
"Darling?" She asked.
"You don't like your nickname?"
"No..No it's alright." She blushed.
"Well this has been fun coffee boy." She said winking at me. I blushed a bit.
"But I shall go, thanks for paying for my coffee." She was about to walk out of the place but my heart kept beating crazy like I need her with me.
"Wait!" I shouted
"Yes?"
"How about you stay at my place..because you don't have anywhere to go.." I asked nervously.
"What if you kill me in my sleep?" She asked.
"I promise I wouldn't."
"Promise?" She pointed her pinky up.
I laughed, "Promise." I wrapped my pinky around her's. We looked into each into each other's eyed and blushed.

"Alright shall we go?" She blushed and broke the eyes contact.
"Yes definitely!" I grabbed her hand and I blinked us to the academy.
"What the hell!" She said looking dizzy.
"Sorry darling but don't worry i'll explain later, Welcome to the Umbrella Academy!"

Y/n's POV:

No wonder he looked so familiar he is from the Umbrella Academy! I remember always reading the comics.
"No wonder you looked so familiar you are from the Umbrella Academy!" I said exited.
He chuckled, "Yup so you are already familiar with me and my siblings powers?"
"Yes sir."
He smiled and showed me his room.
"You can sleep in my bed." He said.
"Are you sure?"
"Of course!"
We smiled at each other.

-One month later-

(Still Y/n's POV:)
It's been a month and I finally got my own room.
Everyone got used to me.
Diego was like a older big brother to me.
Allison was like a big sister to me.
Klaus was my bestie.
Luther and I aren't too close.
Vanya and I are also best friends and she is like a sister to me.
And of course Five is my crush.
"Just tell him how you feel!" Klaus told me.
"No he doesn't like me at all!" I said nervously.
"What are you two talking about?" Five came to us.
"Y/n has something to tell you!" Klaus said then kidnapped my dog.

"Klaus!"
"Don't worry i'll walk him!" He yelled while running away.
"What do you need to tell me darling?"
"Oh nothing!"
He grabbed my hand and blinked us to his room.
"Please tell me."
"I'm scared your going to hate me.." I told him.
"Nothing would make me hate you." He held my hand.
"I...like you more then a friend! Ever since we met that night..." I said.
He smiled
"Me too darling."
"Really!" I jumped.
"Yes, I do I was scared you wouldn't feel the same.."
We both looked into each other eyes and kissed.

It was so amazing like fireworks. I never wanted to stop. After a couple of minutes we let go for some air.
"Y/n..Would you like to be my girlfriend?" He asked.
"Oh course!" We both kissed again.
"Y/n and Five sitting in a tree k-i-s-s-i-n-g!" Klaus said clapping.
"Klaus! Get out!!" Five grabbed a pillow and threw it at him.
Who knew it all started will a coffee shop?
