The Colorist Demon (Part 1)

Mall Madness

Zane had a great time. He finally got new clothes and that he's very exhausted from shopping. "Wonder how they kept so much energy?"he thought to himself.

"So where you want to eat?" Octavia ask.

"I heard they open a new burger joint in this place." Loona said.

"Then let's go there." Zane said.

As they were walking towards the new restaurant, Zane saw a couple of demons looking at Loona. He kept his mind on keeping an eye on some demons. They reached the burger joint and it was busy as hell.

"Maybe we should go to a different restaurant that's not that busy?" Zane said.

"Don't worry. They will soon know that they're talking to me" Octavia walked up to the counter and told them that they want to order food and Octavia was Stoles daughter.

"What do you want to eat?!"

"I'll just take a normal hamburger with fries." Zane said.

"Same here but with a milkshake." Loona said.

While Octavia was telling them what they're going to eat. Zane saw the same demons that were looking at Loona walking towards them.

"Hey good looking you want to hang out with me and my boy?"

Zane already knew they were trouble.

"Sorry I'm not available to small dicks." Loona said as she's trying to insult them.

That pissed two demons off and was about to grab Loona. But Zane punched one of them in the face.

"Oh you made a big mistake right there pretty boy!"

"You two actually made a mistake. So if I were you just walk away!"

Those two demons were not going down without a fight. Octavia finally got their food and she heard a bunch of demons cheering about something. She checked to see that Zane was fighting against two demons. Zane was clearly winning the fight. One of the demons pulled out a weapon and started shooting. Everybody managed to dodge it.

Zane got really angry because the demon tried to kill him and everyone in his sight. "You should have not done that."

The demon was about to shoot him again, but Zane managed to grab his wrist and broke it. The demon screamed in pain as

Zane grab his throat and lifted him in the air. "You're lucky I'm not in a killing mood right now. So if you're planning on doing something to Loona again say goodbye to your dick" Zane's eyes were growing incredibly bright. That shows that Zane is incredibly mad.

"So leave now!" He said in the most demonic voice as possible.

The two demons finally rushed out of the mall never to be seen again. Zane finally calmed down and smelled the food.

"Oh lunch time." He grabbed the tray from Octavia.

Octavia and Loona was shocked to see what just happened. "The food's getting cold." Zane said as nothing happened.

They finally sat down and eat the food. After they're done eating their food, they went back to shopping spree. Zane was having a good time until he heard screams from a distance. He turned around to see a bunch of girls rushing towards him. He remember what happened at the studio when a bunch of girls wanted to take photos of him and he has a feeling they want more than just photos.

Zane started running for his life. Octavia and Loona were confused on what just happened

"Why did he start running?" Octavia asked. Then saw a bunch of girls running past them.

Loona laugh and finally answered "That's why."

Zane does not want to slow down whatsoever! He's trying to figure out where to hide or find a way out of their sight.

"What am I going to do?! It's not like I could shape shift whatever I want!"  When he turned a corner he started shapeshifting into something. He was at a dead end.

"Here comes my fangirls." Zane give up on running and brace himself for the chaos. The girls looked at him and continue running down the hall.

"How do they not see me?" Thinking that he lost them, Zane finally got out of the corner and found Octavia and Loona.

"There you girls are!"

"Who are you?"

"Are you serious? it's me. Zane!" Zane doesn't know if Octavia is messing with him or she somehow got drugged.
Octavia is really confused on what he's saying. "You're not Zane."

Loona started sniffing him. Zane was confused on why Loona is sniffing him. Loona knows who he is because of the familiar scent."What's with the new look?" Loona asked.

"What new look?"

Loona rolled her eyes and grab the collar of his shirt dragging him to a nearby reflection. When Zane look at the reflection, he was shocked to see what he looks like now. He shapeshifted to a hellhound!

"What powers do I have?!" He thought to himself.

Octavia couldn't help but laugh at this. "You two look like you could be related."

Zane manage to return to his original form and said "Very funny Octavia."

As they exiting the mall, Loona receive a phone call from Blitz. "Are you shitting me!?" Clearly Loona was not happy about something. "You made a bet with Verosika?"

That caught Zane's attention.

"Fine! I'll be right there." She hung up the phone and apologize to Octavia that her "father" was asking for her help.

"No big deal. I had so much fun today." The two hug each other and said goodbye to each other.

"I better get home. My father will have a heart attack if I stayed out late."

"Okay see you later then?" Octavia nodded and left. Zane was walking back to the hotel. He saw in a reflection of the living world. He was really confused. "What is this?" He saw a concert stage at a beach. And all of a sudden, he went through the ground! He was screaming for his life, until he landed something soft. He looked to see where he landed and he was on the beach in the living world. "How did I get here?" Then the crowd started cheering behind him to reveal thought they were enjoying something. He looked and see that today is spring break in the living room.

"How did I manage to get in the living world without the book?" Luckily, Zane already looked human when he fell in hell. So he started walking around the beach. And the crowd started going crazy about something and Zane saw what the commotion was about. Verosika is on stage in her human disguise.

End of chapter 13

Zane has no idea how he managed to teleport in the living world! But he knows that it has to be for a reason.
