(Bonus chapter!)

Zane was mining his own business until he saw Moxxie in his room looking out the window with a sad impression.

Zane knock on the door which surprised Moxxie. "Something wrong Moxxie?"

"No I'm fine."

"I can tell that you're lying right now." Zane grab a nearby chair and sat next to Moxxie. "Now tell me the truth. Is there something wrong?"

Moxxie took a deep breath and finally answered Zane's question. "It's about Millie. I wanted to prove her that I am strong and I really do love her. And now I'm having second thoughts about the Pain Games. Maybe I don't deserve her after all." Moxxie is really sad because he can't prove his wife that he really does love her.

"You do deserve her. You're always strong for her and you can prove that in the Pain Games."

"But how?"

"Use your mind. Not your strength. I can tell you're smarter than some demons and if you are smarter than them, you need to think how are you going to do it without using all the strength." Even if Zane managed to make Moxxie feel better, Moxxie is still unsure if he'll be able to do it.

"I know you can prove yourself by using your brain, not your muscles."

Moxxie was not listening him at that point. Zane had to do something to make Moxxie feel better.

"Through my years of growing up, I've been living everyday on how to become stronger and smarter."

Moxxie was now paying attention when Zane is telling his story.

"And every time there's an obstacle in the way, pushing me down. I always find a way to go around it or with no other choice, go through it. And at the end of the day, it taught me a very important lesson of life. Prove yourself that you deserve to be alive. And I manage to go through my own hell everyday when I was living with foster care. I never met my real parents. But what I have on me when they give me up so somebody can take care of me." He pulled out a special necklace.

"This is the only thing that keeps me going

"This is the only thing that keeps me going. And I will not stop until I find them one day or I let it go. And still to this day, I'm not giving up. Moxxie. There's things that you have to keep moving forward and if you go backwards, you will never move on. Do it for your family. Not your pride. Sometimes pride is a good thing or a bad thing. So Moxxie, are you ready to fight or ready to hide?"

Moxxie heard Zane's story and felt really bad for him but also felt proud of him because he kept going and didn't go back.

He set up from his chair and said "You're right Zane. I have to do this for my family, even if I never met my parents. I'll do it for Millie."

Zane got off from his chair and shook Moxxie's hand. "See you at the games."

"See you too Zane."

Zane walk out of Moxxie's room and close the door for him. Silence built the hallway he was in. Tears started coming down of Zane's face. But it wasn't from sadness, it was from happiness. It felt good talking to somebody about their personal problems and find a way to fix them. He clean his face and walk down the hallway. "You really are lucky Millie. That you have a wonderful husband." He close his door so he can get dressed for the games.

Surprised to see this chapter? Honestly I almost kind of cried. Because it's such a wonderful feeling that you're helping somebody that you do care for.
