Fenrir proceeded to look through the wanted posters and his book with all the names of Muggle-Borns, Half-Bloods, Pureblood Traitors and others the Death Eaters deemed unworthy to live in the world with themselves. Even though Fenrir would have gladly gone against the Dark Lord, Voldemort ensure great profit and safety for his pack. Which that was all Fenrir cared for. He even agreed to allow Hermione to stay with Fenrir (After hours of arguing). He wanted to ensure he caught the month's quota of people. After all, he wanted to spend the rest of it with Hermione, making sure she grew accustom to him and their new found home.
He shut his eyes while his mind race with dreams of the future with Hermione. He could picture her laying down underneath a giant oak tree, holding onto one of their pups in her arm while he messed around with another, teaching him or her how to be the next best alpha. He could picture her laying beside him as a storm raged on outside as they held their pups in their arms. He could see them just growing older together and just living the best lives with each other.
Then his eyes opened when he remember her caring about the whereabouts of Scabior. He remembered how the fight ended. Scabior didn't die nor did he surround. It was stopped when they realized Hermione was missing. They were furious with each other for her disappearance. Of course he wouldn't allow him to get away with challenging him so he banished him from the pack. He didn't exactly know where he was anymore.
"I think that is the last one, Fenrir," one of his new comrades told him. He shook his head as he smiled, which he could see from the corner of his eye, that his grin terrify his comrade.
"Okay, lets go." Fenrir ordered while taking hold of his wand. He vanished with his comrades as they headed to the ministry. Even though he hated the thought of going to the ministry, it was the only way he would be allowed to even get his payment. It wasn't walking into the ministry that was the drag, it was who they had to go see in order to get the payments. It was some old woman that loved pink too much for even some regular person to love pink. They appeared right in the middle of what looked like a newspaper printing station. The people just sat there flicking their wands packing the newspapers about how muggle-born witches and wizards being the problem for the Wizarding Community. Fenrir walked up with their catches to Umbridge's room.
He roughly knocked his hands against the door before it opened up. Fenrir dragged the catches over to her desk, where Umbridge sat looking over her folders while taking a sip of her tea. He stood at the front of her desk while her head popped up, barely looking him in the eye.
"Ah! You finished this month's quota. That was quick," Umbridge said a bit too cheerfully.
"Thought I would get it over and done with so I could spend some time with my mate." Fenrir stated to her before toss his catch onto the ground. Umbridge had a look of disgust on her face as she shook her head.
"Yes.... the mudblood Hermione," Umbridge insulted. Fenrir lowly growled, sending a warning about saying anything further, tossing his list at her. Umbridge quickly jolted from her seat as she hurried along while grabbing the list and proceeded to collect his payment. Just as she finished packing the bags, Umbridge turned and handed them to him.
"Oh by the way, Voldemort has assigned someone as your new leader of your snatcher's group." Umbridge stated to him. Fenrir's eyes widened as he felt his wolf side ready to pounce. He wasn't one to be told what to do. After all, he was alpha! Fenrir took in a deep breath to calm himself down.
"Who exactly is it?" he asked, trying to keep his wolf side from strangling someone. Umbridge started to speak when the sound of footsteps caught his ears.
"Hello Fenrir," his eyes widened as he slowly turned around to see Scabior leaning against the doorway with his smug smirk across his lips, "Miss me?"
