*Viktor's pov*

I had been laying on my bed, reading a book about potion brewing when Julius bursted into my room and screamed that I had to leave.
I first ignored him but when he slammed the door shut with a loud bang. I looked up to see that Julius was completely out of breath and pail as a ghost.

"What's wrong?" I asked him confused and got up.
"No time. Just get out!" He replies while trying to catch him breath.
I shook my head.
"What? No not until you tell me what's going on."

"Fucking hell Vick! There is no fucking time just leave before he finds out you are at home."
What the hell? How is he talking about? Does he mean my father?

I didn't understood what the problem was.
I mean I knew that my father was holding some kind of meeting in our house today but as always I had been told to stay in my room and that was exactly what I was doing. So why was Julius then telling me that I had to leave.
It made no sense.

Before I could even ask Julius  again about what was going on there was a knock on the door.
I was about to tell the person to fuck off but the door got already opened.
I was shocked to see my father step into my room.

He eyed me and Julius for a moment and then without a greeting or anything, he just went straight to the point.
"Vicktor get dressed. I want you to attend the meeting today."
I wanted to complain, that I wasn't in the mood to deal with people but a stern glare from him made me shut my mouth before I could even get a single word out.
With that he turned around and walked out, leaving the door open.

I listened closely to his footsteps getting further away. When I couldn't hear them anymore I breathed a sigh of relief.
There were only a few things in life that I really feared and my father was definitely one of them.

Even though I still remembered faintly how he used to be when my mother was still alive, the person he had become just terrified me.
He had been such a loving and caring person but after what had happened to her he had turned cold and bitter. It was almost like his heart had died with her.

"Fuck. We are so fucked." Julius groaned and run his hand down his face. It took me a moment to shake of these old memories of how we use to be before I could reply.

"Why? It's not the first time I have to sit in one of these boring meetings."
I grabbing a button up shit and a black jeans from my closet and started to change into them.
"Vick do you even have any idea what kind of meeting is held down stairs right now?"

"No. How should I? It's not like you or my father ever really tell me anything business related." I replied and rolled my eyes.
He sight and then explained that currently down stairs a very  important peace treaty conference between our people and the werewolfs was being held.

"Yeah so? I haven't seen George in almost a week, so I don't think I still have his scent on me."
I had also not texted him or anything even though Julius had told me multiple times that we had to communicate in order to fix our problems.
But I was just to afraid that after how our last date had ended, George would be mad at me.
And honestly I was even mad at myself. I had behaved like a  jealous, insecure bitch, that couldn't handle his emotions.

Julius groaned and throw himself on my bed.
"It's not about his fucking smell you moron!"
He exclaimed angry but then he sat up and blankly starred at me.
"Does he know that you are the vampire prince?"

"Uhm.... no I don't think so. It never really came up. Why are you asking?"
Julius chuckled and shook his head in response.
He then asked if I knew what position George had in the hierarchy of the werewolfs.
"Yeah he is an alpha. So what? It's not a big deal right?" I shrugged.

"Just an alpha...yeah right..." He mumbled and stood up again.
I buttoned up my shirt and then told Julius again that I didn't understood what his problem was.
He just replied crypticly "Oh you will see." And then left my room and went back down stairs.

A few minutes later I followed him.
When I got there one of the servants ushered me into one of the office rooms.
There was this very familiar smell in the air and when I looked around I almost emidietley knew I was in big trouble.
It finally made sense why Julius had told me to leave.
Oh shit I'm so dead!
