*Luke's pov*

"Oh shut up you stupid serpent tonguet bastard! You have no fucking idea what you are talking about!"

"At least I know how to use my fucking tongue unlike you!" He retorted and made a crude hand gesture, indicating a blow job.
I groaned in frustration and leaned back in my chair.

We had meet in a bar to discuss how we could solve the issue with Vicktor and George but we just couldn't come to an agreement. Mostly because Julius was behaving like a god damn moron.
"Why do you have to be so unprofessional? It's really annoying!"

He leaned forward and pocket his finger into my chest.
"It's your fault! You drive me fucking insane!" He hissed back.
I just rolled my eyes. Then I  also moved forward, so that our faces where just inches away from each other.
"Oh really and how am I doing that exactly?" I teased with an innocent smile.

Julius eyes widened, his cheeks flushed and his mouth opened and closed a few times, somehow making him look like a dieing fish. Then he seemed to snap out of it and quickly leaned backwards. "It's non of your fucking business!"

I also leaned back again.
"Julius it is my 'fucking business'. In fact everything that has to do with you is my business because we are ma-" Before I could finish the sentence Julius had pressed his hand against my mouth, muffing my words.

"DON'T FUCKING SAY IT! I swear to Satan if you ever say this fucking word I will cut of your fucking tongue and stuff it so far down your throat that you can eat yourself out!" He angrily hissed. His eyes started to glow bright purple and I knew that I definitely shouldn't cross this line.

Being mates was still a strange situation for the both of us. For Julius it was probably hard to admit it because he wasn't the kind of person who got attached to anybody let alone fall in love.
He even admitted to me that he never had been in any serious relationship before and that he had no idea how it was even suppose to work.

When it came to me on the other hand, well I had plenty of relationships before. Even some that lasted for quite a while but the problem was that they all had been with woman. I honestly would have never even thought about dating a guy because I was 6qhundred percent sure I was straight. Guess destiny had a different opinion on that topic.

I slowly nodded letting him know that I wouldn't say it.
He sight and slowly took his hand from my mouth.
"You seriously got some issues. You know that right?" I asked while massaging my template.

He tilted his head in consideration but then he just shrugged
"Yeah maybe but that's the way I'm so..."
I smiled and shook my head.
It was true. Julius seemed to have only two moods, either he was a bitchy horndog or a raccoon with rabies. There seemingly no in between.
I took another sip from my beer.
The silence between us became thicker by the moment so that I felt the need to speak up again. "Let's just get back to the important topic."

Julius crossed his arms over his chest and leaned back.
With sarcastic tone he then said  "Oh yeah right. You mean how you want me to help you kill the vampire king, who just so happens to be my god damn uncle?!"
I sight and pinched the bridge of my nose. "Yes."

*Viktor's pov*

"Fuck no! Come on don't do that to me! How can you just die on me like that!" I mumbled to myself while my phone turned it self off.
"SHIT!"
The people passing by on the street started to stare at me, probably because they were weirded out by my behavior.

I had sneaked out of the house in order to visit George. Sure my father had forbidden me to see him but I didn't gave a fuck. George was my mate and nothing in this world could keep me from seeing him when ever the hell I wanted to.

Annoyingly Julius hadn't been home. Otherwise I would have asked him to drive me but without him I had no other option then to walk. It was way further than I had expected and my legs started to really hurt after almost two hours of walking through the city.

I was also not really dressed for the weather. It had been sunny when I left, that's why I had put on a thin hoodie, in order to protect my sensitive skin from the sunlight but now it was purring down and I was completely drenched.
So my phone running out of battery was just the icing on the cake.
Great how the hell am I suppose to find George's house without my phone?!
I stood there on the side walk contemplating about my options.

I knew his address but because I didn't go out much I had no idea how to get there. It also didn't help that normally I had someone, well mostly Julius, who accompanied me because according to my father it wasn't save for me to walk around on my own.

Maybe I can ask around to get at least some direction.
I looked around. There were only a few people walking around in a hurry.
Before I could approach someone for help, I got tipped on the shoulder.
I turned around to see a man dressed in a dark raincoat standing beside me. His face was half way covered by a baseball cap.
"Do you need help?" He asked with a friendly smile.

"Uhm...yeah I'm kind lost." I replied nervously.
He just hummed and tilted his head.
It felt like an eternity before he finally answered.
"You definitely are, princess."
