After meeting Bobby, Pesto, and Squit, The Warners and Carrie were onto the next two people on the list. "Alright, Carrie. These are two hip hippos that I think you might love. Be careful, they are pretty good at giving hugs." Dot chuckles as they arrive at the rooftop house. Flavio was relaxing in the pool with Marita when they noticed them come in. "Oh the Warners! Hello, who's your new friend?" "Flavio, Marita. This here is our new friend and star, Carrie Nelson." Yakko held her hand and Carrie gave a grin, greeting the two with a wave and a smile. "Hello there. It is very sweet to meet you both."
Marita got out of the pool and walked to Carrie. "Oh my. My love, isn't she just the cutest thing that you have ever seen?" She picked her up and hugged her. So much so, Carrie chuckles while raising a shaky finger. "Losing air here." Marita puts her down immediately. "Sorry, Mon Cher. I always get excited to meet new people. I understand if there is more for you to meet. Au revoir!" To both of their surprise, Carrie says "Au revoir à toi aussi, Marita." and her and the siblings all go off together. "So who next on our list of people to meet?" "Up next we have Rita and Runt. A mismatched duo of a dog and a cat." Yakko looks at the list. Carrie was going to say something, but kept her mouth shut as they reached an allyway.
Rita was humming a tune when she looked to meet the siblings. "Ah, if it isn't the Warner's and their little sister." She greets them and Runt comes out, seeing Carrie first. "It's a new friend. It's definitely a new friend. I'm Runt, but my master calls me stupid. What a nice guy!" He greets her and Carrie pets Runt. "Well hello to you too, Runt. And hello there, Rita." She began to hold out her hand for her paw to shake, but then Carrie started to break out in serious rashes. "Oh geez, Carrie, are you okay?" Wakko asked as Carrie started sneezing. "Cat allergy, called it." Rita deadpans as Runt looked around. "Cat? Did you say cat? I'll get that cat!" He growls and looked around.
Carrie stopped after three sneezes and she backs up. "Yeah. Cat allergy. I should be fine from a distance." She sighs unhappily as Rita shrugs. "I mean hey, you can't blame a body's reaction to a certain thing. I understand." Yakko held Carrie's hand. "Let's keep going." The four leave the alleyway and continued greeting people till sundown. After some time of greeting the other stars, the four were running away from Ralph, then Yakko stops. "Alrighty, it's that time again."
"To send away for the free brochure?" Wakko asked. "To say how cute I am?" Dot asked, fluttering her eyelids. "To get me an Epi-Pen?" Carrie asked, still itching. "No, no, and yes. After we learn today's lesson. To do that, we need to spin the Wheel of Morality." Yakko pulls out the large wheel and then gives it a good spin. "Wheel of Morality, turn turn turn. Tell us the lesson that we should learn." The dial then lands on the number 3. "Moral number 3. And the moral of today's lesson is... If you can't say anything nice, you're probably at the icecapades. And here's your epi-pen, Carrie." Carrie uses it on herself and sighs in relief as the itch is down to a tee.
"I don't know about you, but I am touched." Yakko sighs softly as Dot chirped in with "In the head." The four then see Ralph hurling towards them and they all yell out "YIKES!!" and ran away to get away from him. Ralph shook his fist as he tries catching up with them, holding a net. After some time, they all reach back to the water tower and Carrie takes out the good witch's wand and uses it to get them back up in a bubble. Ralph watches and uses a regular bubble wand to do the same thing, but ends up getting squashed by the farmhouse. "Ow.." He groaned from underneath it. Carrie shrugs and filed them all inside, then shuts the door.
