(50 years later..)

All of the children were grown up and had gone on to bigger things. Lauren became both an actress and an activist alongside her brother Crakko, who finally learned how to speak full sentences since he was taken in. Cassidy became an inventor and a teacher at the Looniversity, teaching new toons how to do the tricks they know. Wakko and MacKenzie eventually married and had two kids of their own, Jesse and Emily. Jesse was made by drawing hand while Emily was natural adoption. Lauren and Hamton got together and even Yakko and Wakko became CEO's of the studios. Toons and Humans were working alike and peace was brought between the Warners and the studio hands.

The family was having a reunion in the tower when Lauren decided to go through some of Carrie's old stuff. It has been a couple of months since she had passed onto a better life. She dug through her old clothings, the golden music box that still played it's sweet melody and then she eventually found an old letter that had been written so many years ago. She opened it and looked through it, gasping slightly. She cupped her mouth and tears began to flow from her face. "So this is what she talked about last year when she wasn't going to be around much longer.." She walked out of the storage closet and went to the family that was sitting around talking to each other.

Crakko was looking at an invention that Cassidy had recently invented, the younger kids were playing around with one another. Lauren clears her throat and got everyone's attention. "Excuse me guys, can I have your attention?" Yakko turns to her and looked at her. "Yes sweetheart?" "I was going through some storage items and I found momma's final address to us. I thought that we could all share it together." A visibly older MacKenzie nodded in agreement and said. "Well what are you waiting for? Let's hear her final letter." Cassidy and Crakko stood by their sister's side as she opened up the letter and began to read her handwriting.

"To my dearest family,

I know that by the time that you are seeing this, I am already gone. I know that this might sound a bit selfish, but I had been hiding something from the alternate universes.. And I should write this down so you all can hear it from me. When me and Lauren were chased away from the studios. I was scared. I was all alone. And I wondered how I could possibly protect my growing family.."

(Flashback: November 26th, 1998.)

Carrie was all alone after sending Lauren to a daycare. She laid on the couch, thinking about all of what she had done. She cried and cried. It felt like forever until she could try and stop. ("My mental health was an unstable and dangerous time back then. It was then that she came to me. Like a light from heaven.") Carrie looked up at the figure that stood before her and she asked "Who are you?" Serafima placed a hand on her shoulder. "You might not know me or remember me, but I am your great grandmother, Serafima Marigold Nelson.. I have a proposition for you."

("Serafima told me that she would ensure my family the rest of our lives in peace. But in return, it would cost me to live only 30 years in toon immortality.") Carrie immediately nodded. "Yes. Yes, anything! So long as they're all safe." Serafima knelt down with her and comforted the poor girl. "There there.. It's going to be alright."

(End.)

Lauren was already starting to tear up at the letter. It was all starting to make sense to her, as it didn't before. "She never meant to hurt us.. She just wanted us to be safe.. And she had to make a sacrifice." She spoke before burying her face in her hands, crying into them. Hamton came by her side and comforted her gently. "It's okay. It's alright." Lauren looks up as mascara was running down her face. "I'm trying, but it won't stop.." He handed the letter over to Cassidy, and she had thanked him gently. "I'll take it from here.." Cassidy spoke softly and then she continued to read the letter.
