a/n Was still super busy, so I didn't get to write as much as I would have liked. Take this as a filler chapter! Expect hopefully a longer rest of this chapter tomorrow!

Reminder: Everything is completely platonic. It is only friendly/brotherly/family stuff, not shipping! If you're weird, I will not be afraid to delete your comments!

I woke up the next morning extremely disoriented. It took me a moment to realize that I was in my newest foster home. The semi-familiar colors of the walls and desk. My arms were also held tightly around something, or as I realized, someone.

(Completely platonic, friendly/brotherly embrace) My long noodly arms were wrapped around the loud but nice blond boy. I guess we fell asleep hugging while I was comforting Tommy last night. My stomach has this weird feeling and I notice the numbness of my left arm under Tommy.

I began running through the best ideas of how to get out of this without waking up Tommy. I had never been in this situation, so I didn't really know what to do. I could slide my arm out slow or I could do it fast. I could try to roll Tommy off my arm, but that would most likely wake him up. Would twisting my arm make it easier to take out?

To my relief, Phil opened the door as slowly and quietly as possible. The older man smiled, shaking his head slightly. I tried to give him a pleading look, having a hard time making eyecontact. Thankfully, he got the message and came to wake up Tommy.

He shook the boy lightly, softly saying, "Tommy, get up. You have to get ready for school, bud."

It took a moment but Tommy groggily nodded to Phil. Soon after Tommy begrudgingly left the room. Phil chuckles, "I wonder how that happened."

I shrugged, lightly smiling. "Do you need your laundry done? I noticed that you didn't put anything away."

I suppose I did. I don't even remember the last time they were washed. Which I realize I don't remember things well, but still its probably been a while. I shrugged and mouthed the words, "I guess."

"Alright, I'll get to that. Okay, bud? There is cereal for breakfast downstairs," Phil explains, grabbing the duffle and swiftly leaving the room.

a/n Have a great day/night! Remember to drink water and take care of yourselves!
