Chapter Thirty Nine

I woke up sometime the next night and Sam was no where. She must be with Jeff. I'm happy for her. I kinda miss going to be a mom but I don't think I could do it. When I was young mom told me that the young mothers in our family never really ended to well. My great great grandmother was impaled, my great grandmother was beheaded, grandma kinda was murdered by demons, and then mom was killed in a car wreck. They were all young mothers and the kids were all around eight to about twelve when the mother died. I don't want to be like my mom. I don't want to die and leave my friends behind but I'm now kinda immortal so I guess I don't have to worry.

Anyways I get out of bed but before I could leave the room a knock sounds. I walk over answering the door finding Ben.

"Ben? I thought you'd be playing video games?" I was nervous about talking to him after being a bitch.

"Yea, I...I wanted to talk to you." He pulled me to his room since it's sound proof. We walked in there and he closed the door locking it. Ben walked over and sat on his bed. "Ivy, I'm so sorry about what happened between us. I'm sorry for what happened with the baby. I'm sorry for everything." I walked over and sat next to him.

"Ben, it's not your fault about what happened."

"I know but still."

"I have to tell you something." He looked over at me.

"Yea?"

"Dad cursed you and Jeff. He got what he wanted to break us up. I'm sorry." I put my head down.

"Why are you sorry? It's not your fault that Slender cursed us."

"Yea but I was horrible to you and Jeff thinking that you hated us. That you didn't want us anymore."

"I can never hate you. Even when you're pissed at me and hate me, I can't." I throw my arms around his neck hugging him.

"Please, that me back?"

"You know I will." Ben lightly chuckled hugging me back. We stayed like that a few before pulling apart a little. "What was you going to name the baby?" Tears came to my eyes thinking of both my baby and the name I picked.

"Grace. I wanted to name her Grace."

"That name sounds familiar to me. I think I've heard Slender use it before. Like when I first got here."

"It was my mother's name." Ben placed his hand on my cheek wiping the tear that streamed down.

"It's a beautiful name." He kissed my nose getting me to slightly smile.

"I love you Ben."

"I love you too Ivy." We hugged again before going downstairs holding hands. When we got downstairs dad and the others were in the living room. We stopped cause dad was looking at us. He walked up to us and the room went silent.

"Is there something you'd like to say dad?" I'm making him apologize for what he did.

"I apologize for cursing you and Jeff so the girls would break up with you."

"And?"

"I also apologize for the other times."

"And?" I pushed again.

"What? That's it. The only other thing is he's lucky you knew how it works for Enders."

"Wait, what?"

"Dad! He doesn't know how it works!" I groan.

"What's he talking about?" Ben asked. My face went red and dad just teleported off so he can get out of this.

"Enders mate for life. Once mated you are linked to your partner. Dad planned on me moving on but he didn't know I knew how it worked. Mom told me when I was young that the only way to be unlinked is if you or your partner dies. When we broke up I was still linked so even if you moved on I wouldn't be able to."

"Nice to know babe." Ben wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me to him. He kissed my lips and I kissed him back.

"Get a room." LJ groaned. Ben picked me up taking me upstairs. "You know I didn't really mean it!!?" He just chuckled. We went in his room and he sat me on his bed getting his controllers. We play video games for a few before we take a break making out. His hand is on my upper thigh pulling my leg around his waist. I push back on his chest a little.

"What is it?"

"Smiley told me to take it slow for awhile." Ben then kissed me forehead, chin, cheeks, nose, and lips.

"Ok, babe. We can wait as long as you need." I smile before kissing his lips.

"Thanks baby." We cuddled a few before going downstairs. Ben was carrying me on his back. He wanted to try and make things right between us from when we was broke up. He put me down when we was outside of the kitchen. We went to the kitchen and grabbed snacks. We then ran upstairs to the game room. Jeff and Sam joined us in watching movies. We all sat on the couch cuddled up to each other. We was watching horror movies and stuff. It felt nice being with Ben again. After a few Sam had got up and left. About I'd say ten minutes later she came back. We all stayed up watching movies until we was all asleep eventually.
