Chapter 19: The Members Are Here

The weather was cold as always. Snow covered the sidewalk, leaving a trail of footsteps as I walked. I occasionally blew my breath into my hands to fight the cold as I looked up at the expensive restaurant in front of me.

Back to the previous day, obviously because of the work out I got cramps all over my body the day after the gym. Jeremy got really mad at Arthur for making me unable to leave my bed. I could just watch as he hung his head and whimpered while being scolded. I kinda felt sorry for him, it's not like it was entirely his fault. I also got a little bit excited there.

While I lay in bed for the entire day, I spent my time scrolling through the group chat—that I had abandoned ever since I finished dealing with the bully—on my phone. It seemed they were waiting for me to get online again. I didn't know that they were so eager to have a new member. I felt bad for making them wait, especially Lily, or by her profile name, [223]Lilypad.

Turns out Lily is also a member of this so-called 'hacker' group. There were so many surprises in the history log, like about how they were coincidentally related to my friends, and how I know one of them in real life, but I also got a lot of laughs from their silly conversations, especially from [666]Satan. He is such a clown on the server.
