Today to list down 4O reasons why I love you!
You are always there to be my alarm clock when I can't wake up on time
and my planner when I forget all the reminders
You are always there to be my camera when I call myself sublime
(even if sometimes you don't agree so)
and my bookmark when I write my life's chapters
You are always there to be my morning delight when I smile with the sunshine
and my sunglasses when life's heat strikes my vision on different views
You are always there to be my evening reverie when I want the moon to be mine
and my flashlight when I feel afraid of the darkness of my blues
You are always there to be my umbrella when heavy waters fall down on my rainy days
And my pillow when I need to cry alone at night
You are always there to be my music box when I can't control my restless ways
And my air conditioner when I have to cool down after a fight
You are always there to be my bandaid when I need first aid for my wounded heart
and my favorite pill when I feel sick and tired
You are always my charger when I feel my life is falling apart
and my electricity when I need sparks to connect to what I desired
You are always there to be my picture frame when I long to see that perfect smile
and my water dispenser when I thirst for answers to my questions
You are always there to be my cctv when I look for pieces of evidence that this life is worthwhile
and my mobile phone because you all have the things I search for
and for the other 20 reasons, they can't be described like the crazy way I did on the five stanzas above so I'd rather keep to myself or write about them later... for they are the values I have learned from you and these 20 gifts innate in you are the reasons why I love you...
just to sum it up, everything you are and everything you have shared with me...
