IZZY'S POV

*TIME JUMP*

Megan walked in, along with Charlie. Steven greeted Meggie with open arms and loads of kisses. I greeted Charlie with a gesture to take a seat next to me, away from Duff who gave a look that could kill if possible. Dani was nowhere behind them. Charlie noticed my disappointment to no presentation of Danielle and laughed. "You know Izzy, I think you may have met your soulmate," Megan said, smiling ear to ear. Charlie nodded in agreement. Something in the way each girl smiled, they knew something I didn't. Or maybe I did, I could just be too oblivious to notice. Charlie looked down, towards the coffee table, and instantly tensed. She had an issue with drugs and alcohol, for reasons I understood but this time seemed to bother her more. Megan reached over to take my beer, which I instantly pulled away. "You've gotta get better, Iz," she whined. I giggled and took a swig of the bottle. "Why do you, of all people, now care?"

Charlie cleared her throat, grabbing my attention. "She's a keeper, Iz. I like her, and she seems to be really interested in you," Charlie stated. Charlie and I were close. She knew a lot of what went on inside my head. Her and Steven (Tyler) were the only one's I really ever talked about my addiction with. My bandmates weren't exactly the type of want to talk about their problems. "One problem," Megan started. "She did this and I have a feeling she does want that old habit back," she pointed to the needles. "I don't want you to go down that path, and lose someone who likes you. Not just the rockstar idiot most girls would take you for," Charlie mumbled. Duff didn't like that sentence, and showed himself out the door. I didn't want to put Dani through more, but my addiction isn't that bad. "It's fine," I said simply. I stood up, struggling to get up from the couch. Slash stumbled in as I did my best to get up. "Living proof that addiction is addiction," Charlie complained.

Megan snickered loudly, like a immature teen girl. Charlie just smiled, I could tell our unsuccessful conversation wasn't helping her mood. I just don't see why I need help. Everything is fine. At least I felt it was. "I'm just sayin'. We invited her to join us at the Cathhouse Club. I'm sure she'll be happy for you to join in too," Charlie gloomily said, and walked off.

A party night doesn't sound bad.

DANI'S POV

"There he is!" Megan cheered as she spotted Steven. Izzy and Slash weren't far behind. Axl and Lauren already stood by the bar, giggling away and shooting down alcohol like it was juice. Meggie grabbed my hand, and I looked back to Charlie with an apologetic look. She waved me off and continued to dance around. When we stood in front of the boys, they're jaws immediately dropped. Megan took it as a compliment instantly, and dragged Stevie away. I stood there awkwardly, hoping Izzy would soon break the silence. He didn't.

"So hot shot, you gonna keep staring or are you gonna buy me a drink?" I teased. Slash pushed him off, earning himself a sheepish glare from Izzy. I wrapped my arm into Izzy's and pulled him off. "You know, I'm kinda liking being the one that wears the pants in the relationship," I giggled. He scoffed sarcastically, "Please, you've been in bed with me right?"
