DANI'S POV
"Lauren!"
I ran up and down the small, short hall of our apartment. She rushed towards her doorway and expressed widen, panicked eyes. "What did you burn this time?" She asked, referring to my streak of burning almost everything I cook. I slouch my shoulders and glare at her. "It was two separate times," I argued. She smiled mockingly, "Still happened twice."
I sighed and shook off the conversation. "Anyway! Are you too hungover to go out?" I asked quickly. My stomach grew anticipating butterflies, and I twisted my fingers to hold in my excitement. She shook her head and smiled widely. "You saw him today, huh?" She began to interrogate. I shrugged and rushed away. She followed me to my room and plopped down on my bed. "Date night?" She exclaimed. I shook my head, "He's bringing his friends. I just don't wanna go alone and something happen."
I dug through my closet, hoping to find something worth showing off. I hated to admit it, but I sort of wanted to impress Izzy. It was only two days of knowing him, but putting a good foot forward seemed like it would help me in some way. Lauren watched me struggle, silently laughing to herself. "I haven't seen you like this since your first date with Eric," she mumbled. I didn't know if she said that for me to hear or if she was thinking out loud. Either way, I dismissed it with ignorance. A few minutes passed and I finally gave up. I fell right next to Lauren, and sighed heavily. She laughed and got up. "Lemme see," she groaned. Maybe five minutes later, she scoffs and squealed. "Dani, you have the perfect outfit hiding back here!" She continued. I sat up to see her with a pair of red leather pants, bell bottoms. To pair with that, she had a classic Rolling Stones tee that I had cut into a crop top. I had worn it while cleaning with bleach and thought I ruined it. Eric was the one who suggest I remodel it. "Wear this with my Doc Martens, and you'll look hot as fuck!"
I wanted to wear something a little less sexy, but I chose to go with it. I mean, I never dress up so much anymore. This gives me one reason to. Lauren threw the clothes at me and raced off to get herself ready. I got dressed and let my hair down from my mess of a bun. I threw on some eyeliner and mascara, and decided I was done. Lauren threw in her booties and hopped off to the bathroom. She would take a little longer since she never got ready for the day to begin with.
Thirty to forty minutes passed and she was ready. She had on shorts and a Kiss tee. She paired it with my old pair burgundy cowboy boots. "You ready?" She asked, adding a pair of small hoops to her outfit. I nodded and instantly hopped off my bed. We rushed out the door that I made sure to lock on the way out. "Let's go party!" She exclaimed, pulling me along.
"Oh lord Jesus," I groaned, following my statement with a small laugh as I almost tripped.

IZZY'S POV
"You sure she'll show?" Steven nagged. I shrugged, "She said she would think about it," I reminded him. He nodded. Since I had told the guys that Dani would be joining us, Steven had been so excited that he kept asking. Like a small child asking "Are we there yet?" on a long road trip. It made me more nervous than I originally was. Which Axl loved to tease about. Duff was off somewhere else with Charlie. Megan would show when she felt like it. Slash had found him another pretty girl for the night. Axl was the only one enjoying the mess that I had become. "Why don't you just relax and have some?" Axl suggested, pointing to his pile of white. I shook my head, "Just a little while longer. I wanna see if she'll show."
Axl groaned, "Dude, you're all twisted over nothing. She probably won't. You said she doesn't know about you, right?"
I nodded and tilted my head. It kind of hurt to think that if I was nothing to a girl then I probably wouldn't have a chance. Although, she gave me a knowing look this morning that made me believe she knew. She called me a rockstar. She had to know. Had that scared her away? Either way, I was gonna sit and wait. I didn't wanna get high and become an inconsiderate jerk. I wanted to see that enthusiastic glimmer in her eye. Although the drugs looked entertaining, I waited it out.
"Um hey, Iz? Is that her?" Steven asked excitedly. I instantly looked away from the scene of people enjoying their drinks to where he pointed. I don't know how long it had been, but it was worth it. She looked absolutely stunning. She stuck out, but that didn't bother me as much as it seemed to bother her. Guys looked her up and down, along with her friend who made sure to throw them glared. I stood up and sneaked my way through the crowds to find her. "Hey!" She smiled brightly. She threw her arms around me, catching me off guard. I hugged her back, but as soon as she realized it was out of character she awkwardly back away. "Um, Lauren, this is Izzy. Izzy, this is Lauren," she giggled stiffly. Lauren shook my hand and smiled. "She's a fan," Danielle whispered, gaining her a slap on the arm from Lauren. I laughed, "Well I hope you can control yourself. All the guys are here tonight. Well, except for Duff."
Lauren nodded happily and glared at Dani. "You wanna go sit with the guys, or grab a drink?" I asked, leaning in for her to hear. "Um we could grab drinks first, I guess," she answered. I nodded and held out my hand. She grinned and took it. Lauren slightly glared, but remained smiling. I felt that I had hit a small nerve, but chose to ignore it for the meantime.
Danielle leaned against the bar and mumbled her order to the young bartender. Jealously arose, but calmed as she turned her attention back to me. She nudged my arm and smiled big. "So you come here often or are you following me?" She teased. We both laughed. "Yo, Izzy! Who's this?" Slash came crashing in, throwing an arm around me. He was definitely drunk. I could smell the alcohol on his...everything. "Oh uh, Dani this is Slash," I mumbled. She nodded, and her smile faltered as he kissed her hand. I couldn't help but laugh at her shocked reaction. She didn't know what to do with herself. Lauren joined in with me, laughing. "He's a bit straightforward," I whispered. She rolled her eyes, amused by the grin on her face. "This is Lauren," is all she could manage to say. Lauren apologized for Dani's sudden shyness, and carried on some conversation with Slash. "I'm really glad you came," I whispered in her ear. She downed a shot and turned to me.
"So am I."
